Pizza K — Restaurant in Georgia

I usually go to this location because my children love this pizza. They are a bit overpriced though and they charge for everything. I ordered wings once and they charged me 50 for sauce as extra but did not tell me. I saw on my receipt that it was extra. I just don’t order sauce now because it’s ridiculous to pay for something they should give you wing your wings. They are different. This time around I ordered what I usually order plus wings, somehow despite me counting out the toppings for my pizza, the lady at the front rung me up for 1 medium pizza for $13. I usually get 3 for $25. When I got my order I told her it was wrong and she explained that she only heard 1 pizza. Then proceeded to say well it’s more money, no apology no sorry for the confusion. I have companies that have poor customer service and it’s just all about money. I counted out on my finger how many pizzas I wanted and their toppings. I’ll find another location to...

First of all I’m placing an order with some lady (I should’ve asked for her name) & she hangs up on me as I try giving her my number like 5 times. I clearly and slowly said my phone number and she rudely hangs up. I call again and she answers my call and asks what I want then she ends up putting on hold and I patiently wait. She then takes my order but it was really frustrating cause she didn’t understand my good English and I was being clear. I ordered xtra crispy wings and I get regular soggy not well cooked wings . I am not satisfied. Delivery was quick but honestly I preferred to wait for some xtra well cooked wings . Oh and I just counted my wings and I only got 15 wings . Did not get the full 20 wings and I spent $21.06. Honestly not worth it ! If your reading my review I recommend y’all save y’all money and spend it on a better place where they’ll serve you fresh wings . And not steal 5 wings of your order cause...

Very disrespectful staff & drivers. I ordered a medium pizza for delivery at 6pm, they told us it would be delivered by 6:45, but we waited the extra 15 and called them when I didn't see anyone by 7. We were told the driver was 5 minutes away, so we waited. 7:30, still no sign of the driver, I called and was placed on hold, another 5 minutes go by and the driver pulls up on the phone with the store as well. I asked the driver what happened, he didn't respond and stated that we either take the food now or he takes it back. I grabbed the box and it was freezing, like it had been sitting out for an hour, so I asked for a refund, but he stated if I took the food, I wouldn't get a refund. He left with our food and our money. Never going back to this place. Hope y'all...
