I found the superior attitude to be kinda fluent at this shop. Heidi I'm sorry ur glass broke at the counter. Even more sorry you were put on blast while the owner deffened himself on a public place like Google. "Sadi", to run a successful business in a tourist town that's frozen 9mnths yr round...you must support your locals like we support you. We must support each other. I don't mean you have to do it all day for every patron...but Heidi may have benefitted from a new one on the house that day. She had no intent to destroy what was paid for before walking out the door. Smoke shops can be expensive for us, but needed indeed. You're in prime location. You're a business owner. You may even have a reliable car to drive you home. Im sure you can appreciate it was your customers who helped you attain that. 20 yrs ago, not a single business owner in this town wouldn't refund her. Nor respond to her review in such detail publicly. That all could have been said in a private email. There's nothing but bad reviews here...and after reading this one....I'll never spend another dollar here because I don't agree with disrespect of your patrons and acting above them...when it's the customers that bring in their hard earned money to your store to be over charged and spoken down too. This is why there are no good reviews for this place, because patrons aren't happy with services they're paying for. Minnesota Nice goes a looonnng way in this town, especially with your locals. Be a little more understanding, a little more giving, and I promise you'll see improvement. If you don't tho, I guarantee the customers who've provided you a way to feed and house yourself will find better prices, appreciation, and a smile from another smoke shop in town. And when times are tough....all it will take a to loose a local Duluth regular...is that genuine Minnesnowta smile from another store front. And to think, was that refusing that refund worth loosing Heidi, myself, anyone who reads your responses...was that refund so important to the deposits? When she would have left happy, appreciated, and probably tell everyone how you had helped her that day. Free advertising of the best kind, customer that would have come back, and avoiding my rant for all to read, also avoiding showing the city how a shop owner acts when they loose appreciation and general human compassion for the customers that made his business dream a reality. I've never been treated badly shopping there, but after reading your response to Heidi....you can put your life on this that I will never step foot in or spend $1 to make your profits rise again. Heidi sorry bout that....check out the place on Superior St and 2nd W Downtown. Great prices, huge selection, chill friendly but professional staff... they even usually have a security guard at night monitoring the area as a precaution for the staff and customers. Read moreI met Sadi about 4 years ago during a class we took together. He was very nice and gave me free vape fluid and I have used the shop many many times since. Today I stopped by Sadis smoke shop to buy a new torch. I was having a super hard time choosing which torch to get and the employee recommended me a few. I decided on the last one he showed me, and immediately after paying and receiving my change, decided that I liked the other one that I had been looking at more. I then asked if I could interchange the two and pay the difference and was told that that was against company Policy. I then asked if I could return it and get the other one instead, and was told that that was also against company policy, keep in mind I hadn’t even left the store. I was still standing at the register change in hand. Horrible customer service, I will never go back. Sorry Sadi. Oh and the torch doesn’t work right no matter how the gas is adjusted. Guessing the employee knew that when he wouldn’t let me switch to the other one.

The products he picks are hand picked from either Sadi himself or by customers request. He works very hard to give the customers what they are looking for! He has, on a few occasions got a product in I requested.
Sadi’s Smoke Shop might look small from the outside but Sadis organization skills are superb. There is an amazing selection of glass, Kratom, CBD, Tobacco, roll your own products, candles, wraps, e-liquid and as of yesterday when I went in I saw Delta-8 available. There’s not much of a chance he won’t have what your looking for!
The only downfall is the new employees which being in this pandemic it has hurt small businesses so much and finding employees at the moment I’m sure, is not an easy task. So I can be understanding for Sadis Smoke Shops under falling right now. I’m a loyal customer and plan to stay that way for as long as they are open!
