Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Duluth

Went in tonight about 620. There was a man working on emptying boxes right inside the door & 2 people behind the counter. 1 customer besides my daughter & I. The guy behind the counter was making a sandwich. The girl wasn’t really busy. They both looked at us & continued what they were doing. Definitely good for a laugh, but my stylist and I expected our subs to be put together by Jimmy John's. Ordered 2 beach clubs and they forgot the turkey. Fair enough, mistakes happen, but when we called to correct it they sent us slabs of turkey to put on ourselves. I wont be ordering from here unless I'm really wanting to make my own sandwich. My job offered to buy everyone lunch and when the food came (from the other side of the mall the delivery person literally walked to us) he asked for a tip and when told it was a corporate card and we weren't allowed to do that he tossed the food on a desk rolled his eyes and walked out. If he had waited a few seconds or wasn't rude we could have possibly scraped together a few dollars for the tip...
