This McDonald's is probably one of the worst I have been to. I usually go just because my kids ask McDonald's and it's not far from my house. This area is too nice to have such a lack of professionalism. 9/10 times I go, they forget something. The last visit a few days ago, they forgot the apple slices and chocolate milks for both of the happy meals. It was shortly before close...so I went back about 10 min later and the kid who gave me the order came to the window. I told him he had forgotten half of the order. He said sorry, we're closed...there is nothing he can do. So I said..look man, I paid for this and you're not going to correct it? He said again, there was nothing he could do, told me to go on the app and request a refund and slammed the window in my face and went to cleaning the floor. So, I circled back around and he saw me and hid in the back. Then his co-worker, who took the order over the intercom , came and was very professional. He simply asked if I would like him to get the chocolate milks and the apple slices, I said yes, and he went and grabbed them from the fridge and simply gave them to me. I told him his co-worker needed to be fired and he was very unprofessional. Ia still trying to reach the manager Maria. I might just go up there. I normally wouldn't press it, but that kid needs to go....
Read moreOrdered through the drive through at 4:52pm according to the receipt. Was told to pull to spot 1 and wait. Car behind me was directed to wait as well. 15 minutes later someone comes to my car and it's the wrong order and realize it's for car 2 and gives them to them. I wait thinking maybe they have to remake mine so I patiently wait but see no other cars or people. Finally I go inside and I asked about my order, it's now 5:27pm according to my watch. They look around and can't find my order and then some woman comes out and says she looked for me but didn't see me, weird since I was in spot 1. Then they find my order. I explain this isn't good good enough and I think it's not right that I waited 30 minutes for my order. Someone then says what do you want me to do about it? After I explained I found that 30 minutes was too long of a wait (an apology was really all I wanted) finally someone who might be the manager says fine I'll give you your money back. I did take my refund, but I didn't get an apology. In addition when I got home my order was wrong and they didn't give me napkins or sauces or any of the things I had asked for. This was pretty terrible. I understand things can go wrong, but be kind and geez at least admit when you are wrong ...
Read moreWhere do I begin....On June 15th at 10:45pm, I went into the McDonald's at Peachtree Industrial Blvd and State Bridge Road. I started in drive-thru, but after sitting there for about 10 minutes with not moving traffic (and on a previous occasion having a drive through experience of over 20+ minutes), I decided to go inside to order. My thought was that it would be faster, since drive thru was not moving at all. Well...with only 1 couple and myself inside of restaurant, my order still took over 15 minutes. But while waiting I decided to take photos of the inside of the restaurant because it was totally a disaster from front end, to lobby, to bathroom, to on and on! When asked where the manager was I was told in the office...my thought was with drive-thru not moving, 3 people in the lobby that are waiting for their order, and the mess through the restaurant...the last place she should be is in the office. To see is to believe and all I can say is the quality of workers today are at the very lowest. If your leader is leading you in the wrong direction...it's time to get rid if the leader. Very poor quality service and unclean...
