Update: We've been going here for as long as I can remember. My previous review was bad from a while ago, but I have to say we've been pretty happy over the years with consistent service, and I should have come back to give them a better rating. However I've the last few visits we have been unhappy over and over again. The new owners and the way the business is run and the food prepared is of much worse quality than ever before. Burritos and quesadillas fall apart and are burnt. Essentially the prep is just not sufficient to standard Moe's quality that we can expect from the prior owners or any other typical Moe's we ever go to. I think from now on we will go to a different Moe's even if further away. "How did they even get that job, if they can't cook a quesadilla?", Said my six year old. This new crew has brought down this restaurant for sure, and they are ok giving out extremely burnt food, appearently. We used to come here all the time, to a great set of employees. We have been here recently without anything notable, but today was different. When I walked in two of the three staff were helping one customer at the start of the line. It took a while and one of them then asked me for my order, but it was odd because I wasn't at the start of the line yet. I ordered the quesadilla and the prep was fine and it was put on the grill. I ordered a kids quesadilla, and she took a long time looking around and then got a regular size one. Then the guy in charge told her no that wasn't the right one. So then all three of them go to look for the right size, and I guess they couldn't find any, so she continued with what she had, and then she put that one on the grill. I was starting to wonder about the time on the grill but didn't think too much of it. Then I ordered my burrito, and there was a good bit of confusion, clearly a language barrier, at least. Also they still didn't have pork, second time in a row. About the time they were to grab the other food off the grill the guy asked if I wanted a side. I told him I wanted a cup of queso, and he tells me to tell the other lady that was making the burrito. This was odd, so I try to wait a second, but then he comes back to ask again. I tell him, and he holds up a small side cup, so I have to clarify two or three times. I couldn't tell the quality of the food, it was mostly behind the chips machine. I then had to ask about the kids drink, and I didn't even get to the cookie, and then he says, I'll throw in a free cookie, um ok sure. I pay, even leaving a small tip, which I shouldn't have done. It was a poor counter experience for sure, and I just wanted out of there. I then got in the car and that's when I could tell something was burnt. It was really bad. When I got home my wife found the results. Super burnt, both quesadillas, had to salvage what we could. There is no way they couldn't tell this when they were prepping and bagging. The fact that people can mess up, that's fine. But the fact that this made it out the door and they were ok with that, and that I'm assuming he was trying to bribe me in some way with a free cookie, yeah this is not ok. We have come to this place a lot since we've lived here, many years, but this will last, and idk if I want to go back. This is simply unacceptable.

Absolutely NOT!!! I was given scraps in a bag and they tried to pass it off by saying we give everyone who orders to go a half scoop of chips. But first you make someone feel as if they are paying you to be able to beg! There is absolutely NO reason if I ask for a bowl and want rice that you give me a 1/3 of a spoon of rice and I have to ask for more. This happened with every item I asked for on my bowl. I felt as if you were fixing a plate for a 2yr old. I even told them if it's an extra charge for a full scoop I will pay for it. They Laughed. Then when I asked for queso cheese he gives me a half spoon but charges me for 3 extras no problem but to then give me scraps and crumbs in a bag and try to convince me that this is the norm!!?? Ok never again. This establishment needs to be closed and out of business immediately. There is no way I will ever visit another Moe's. Trash!

3.75. We came here to use the restroom and one of the guys was pretty mean about it saying the restroom was only for customers when my child was about to pee himself. Walking through, a part of me was thinking "we have food at home" but the other part really did want to order food. The guy took back his remark and we eventually ordered food. The food that I had was the best tasting I've had from Moe's. I'm usually a Qdoba or Chipotle type person. So I will say that the food was pretty good. The red sauce was not so good and they were a little stingy with the guacomole. This plaza didn't seem like it had a very friendly atmosphere.

A Stellar Experience at Moe's: A Review of Marco's Exceptional Assistance and Outstanding Service

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)

I want to take a moment to share my outstanding experience at Moe's and express my sincere appreciation for the incredible service I received, specifically from Marco. The associates at this establishment have consistently shown great friendliness, a genuine and outgoing nature, and remarkable efficiency. Since 2023, I have been a loyal customer, and with each visit, I am consistently met with fresh, deliciously prepared food and remarkable speed in service.

From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted warmly by the associates, who always have a smile on their faces. But it was Marco who went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. His attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. Whether it was helping me select the perfect toppings for my burrito or ensuring my order was accurate and promptly prepared, Marco's exceptional assistance impressed me every time.

One of the qualities that sets the associates at Moe's apart is their friendly and outgoing nature. Each interaction with the staff has been positive, and it is evident that they genuinely care about creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for their customers. The associates at Moe's make you feel like family, building genuine connections and fostering a sense of camaraderie that adds to the already delightful dining experience.

Food Quality and Freshness: One of the reasons why I keep coming back to Moe's year after year is the consistent freshness and quality of the food. Every bite is bursting with flavors, and the ingredients are always crisp and vibrant. Whether I opt for a burrito, a quesadilla, or a bowl, I can count on the food being prepared to perfection. The chefs clearly take pride in their craft, ensuring that each dish is a delight to the taste buds.

The efficiency and speed at which the associates at Moe's deliver their service are truly commendable. Despite the restaurant's popularity and frequent crowded conditions, the team manages to handle the rush with remarkable efficiency. I appreciate how they prioritize prompt service without compromising on quality. They have mastered the art of balancing speed with accuracy, ensuring that my experience is not only satisfying but also time-effective.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend Moe's highly enough. Marco and the entire team of associates consistently provide exceptional service, creating an atmosphere of warmth, friendliness, and efficiency. The food is always a delight, with its freshness and careful

As a loyal customer since 2023, my visits to Moe's have consistently been met with excellent service, leaving me truly satisfied and eagerly looking forward to my next visit. Thank you, Marco, for your outstanding assistance, and kudos to the entire Moe's team for creating an exceptional dining experience time...

On Sunday we went to Moe's with our three kids for the sole reason of getting "kids eat free" promotion. When we get to register, I ask about the promotion and the guy working says it's not a current promotion & was limited promotion that ended. Okay, maybe I made a mistake. I sit down and check my phone and find a recent email I got from Moe's promoting kids eat free at this location and also see it as an active promotion on their store website. I go to the counter to let the guy know and he gets his manager. Manager says he doesn't know anything about it and that the computer will automatically apply the promotion if it is active. I show him Moe's website and he shrugs and says he will need to call corporate. Since we ended up spending double what we were expecting we were super frustrated. We literally came here for the promotion and if we had to choose again we should would have gone to Zoe's or Chipotle down PIB for the same amount of money.

Our toddler dropped his food on the ground and we cleaned everything as well as we could - we cleaned the entire table but there were obviously some chip crumbs under our booth. As we were leaving a worker came up and condescendingly yelled across the restaurant to the other person working "We need a broom over here" while my wife was getting our kids coats on and had an attitude like it was an issue. I was appalled cause I even left a 20% tip after not getting the kids promotion.

I get we are living in a pandemic. It is extremely hard to work in the food service industry combined with labor costs, supply issues, etc. But at this point it is pretty comical and solidifies we will not be back here.

In the past it's never been this bad, but it's never been a pleasant experience here. I would recommend finding another place to go unless you are getting a...
