I ordered on Friday night. I was made aware they decided to hand it off to DoorDash after I ordered. I was told my order was handed to me and completed. I tried to contact said dasher to no avail. Next step recommended was to contact the store. My fiance explained the situation. The women working kept changing her story. Oh it’s still being delivered there’s others delivered in your neighborhood it should be coming? Once we mentioned it said the order was complete she hung up on us! We called back in which she was annoyed that we contacted her again said it would arrive in 10 mins. When it didn’t my fiance drove to the store to find out what the problem was. The doors were all locked at 8:30 pm though your hours say till 1 am. A gentleman employee was walking up to let him in (as it’s business hours I'm certain you’d want guest to be able to enter your store???) she (an African American women the one whom we’ve unfortunately been dealing with all evening) waved him away and told to him to ignore the guest aka my fiance. What even?? He marched around to the drive through which was begrudgingly answered. She said oh guess you never got it? Whilst rolling her eyes, well yeah that’s why I’m here she says I guess we will make it for you go wait in your car. He waits and waits and finally decides to go check and there our order is sitting outside the drive through window. The order was obviously haphazardly thrown together. What awful terrible service. I wish I had chosen any other establishment. We just moved in on Friday and it was so close I was so excited to frequent a nice place but unless they make this right and remove this nasty young lady I will make certain none of my my friends, family or neighbors will use...
Read moreThis location sucks, seems like poor management. The wait times for this location are egregious. I have waited over an hour, twice, in the restaurant parking lot to get pizza. One of those times my pizza had very clearly been drying out in a warmer and they apparently couldn’t find it when I was at the window, even though the app said it was “Picked Up”. Despite this, they had me waiting 45 of those minutes in the parking lot after pulling up to the window for the first time.
Most of the food is fine. I normally love papa johns pizza, but using this location is gambling and the odds are stacked against you. Most of the times by I use this location, there is at least a small issue. Today there was just no sauce on the majority of the pizza (see picture). In the past I have had both very dry pizzas (when I am waiting a while) and an undercooked pizza where the dough was still wet in the middle.
Now I get it’s a cheap pizza and I have a lot of loyalty to this brand so I can deal with a subpar pizza every now and then… but the majority of the time I use this location I have issues so i’m done.
Finally, you might be wondering if you can contact them about a major issue. In my experience, NO! I have tried on 3 occasions for major issues over the past 2 years, no luck with the app, website or calling. I have never seen a physical receipt when paying cash at the window either so I can’t fill out a survey.

Read moreI ordered 3 pizzas 2 hours before the scheduled pickup for easy quick dinner after a long week. The app quoted me 41 mins . I ran the errands I had and before I headed to the restaurant I called to confirm the timing. The phone rang for 10 minutes and couldn't speak to anyone at the location. I called again and automated voice advised that pizzas would be ready in 5 minutes (7:22 pickup) this had matched what the app said. I then made the 15 minute drive over and arrived at 7:37. When I walked in I was met with stares but no greeting. I stood at the counter for another 5-10 minutes and again no one acknowledged my presence. I understood it was Friday night and therefore busy. When I was finally asked what I needed I provided my name and they told they had just started making the pizzas. I had to another 15 minutes for them to cook and actually be ready. The next day I filled out the survey to explain my issues with the service and mentioned the slight issues I had with the customer service. The general manager,Dee, responded to my complaint with directions on how to use the app. Never once apolozing or even acknowledging the time I had to stand there or the time I had wasted on hold while they let the phone ring.
