Subway — Restaurant in Duluth

I have been going to this subway for lunch off and on pretty much at least twice out the week except for the past month for almost a year now since I’ve started working at the place down the street normally when I go in there and get a turkey sandwich on Italian cheesy bread extra cheese cold sandwich not heated up with spinach, cucumbers and tomatoes extra cheese today. I went in there and I promise to God I almost videoed the issue the lady literally picked up 6 to 10 leaves of spinach and placed it on my sandwich and then asked for a little bit more. She placed about three more leaves on the sandwich I had to ask her repeatedly at least four times to please add more spinach on the sandwich. The other woman who appeared to be some type of new management, not sure I’ve never seen her in there. Today was my first time after not being there for about a month I normally see the young men and a younger I believe Spanish girl in there, but today they were not there She tells the young girl to go ahead and add more and just charge me for it. Well, the girl decides to put about six more leaves on my sandwich. I would literally got pissed off because if I’m paying extra, just go ahead and pile it on then the lady older woman in the peak tells me they have a protocol to Follow And I asked her can I see that policy she told me no this was the worst experience I have ever had in the whole year of me going to the subways. They really need to get their sandwich making skills up to par and they need to continue the model of putting enough spinach on the sandwich so that way it’s just not all bread, meat and vegetables And I don’t mean lettuce so just imagine you just getting a pinch of lettuce or spinach on your sandwich and that’s it very disrespectful and she almost treated me as if and I didn’t have the money to pay for the extra because she even asked me. DO NOT EAT HERE. They lie, steal and give bad food. Ordered online. Got messed up sandwiches. Argued with me about asking for “more” olives we got less than 6 on one sandwich. Gave my wife her sauce on her sandwhich on a drink lid.. and said because of Covid they couldn’t give her sauce in a cup. 😂😂 That doesn’t even make any sense. It wasent extra sauce.. It was the sauce that comes on the ultimate bmt I just wanted it on the side so my sandwhich was not soggy. Refused. The. My wife brings home the food. It’s all wrong. So I call the guy, said I was lying they checked the cameras and refused to remake or refund.. even if I brought in the food. Als my wife’s bacon was not cooked at all. Absolutely disgusting business and service. He also hung up on me when I told him that if he doesn’t provide me the right service that is stealing. I called 10 times never answered. Soni came here to leave a review and it seems they have an issue here. I WILL BE CONTACTING SUBWAY CORPORATE, even though this obviously a franchise it still gives subway a bad name as a whole and I’ll be filing a consumer complaint. I promise you remaking our food would have been better than the amount of time and energy I will spend to make sure no one ever gets treated like this again here. DO NOT EAT HERE Terrible subway. The worst subway I’ve ever been too. Refused to put my sauce on the side and gave me a lid. Have us the wrong cheese, lied and said they checked the cameras. It is 100% the wrong cheese. Refused to give us olives and green peppers even though it was on the order to add more. Literally less than 6 olives on each sandwich. When we tried to get a refund and give the food back they refused. They refused to remake it. Once we got home noticed that the sandwich’s are not toasted, even though it’s on the order. They gave my wife mayo instead of ranch on her chicken bacon ranch and oddly enough the bacon literally wasn’t even cooked it was literally white. We couldn’t even eat this garbage.
