Subway — Restaurant in Duluth

I just sent this complaint to Subway’s Corporate office! Beware ya’ll…….

I came in and ordered a 12” turkey on flatbread. An older Indian man helped me he didn’t wash his hands but put on a pair of gloves. As the older Indian man grabbed the 12” out of the pack a 6” fell on the floor. He looked down and left it on the floor and left the door open that the “fresh bread” was in, he proceeded and made my sandwich. He then checked me out at the register. I turned around to get some napkins. I then looked at the older Indian man squat down to pick up the bread. He placed the dirty bread that fell on the floor back into the warmer on top of the packaged 12” flat bread. I asked him,” did you really just put that bread back in there with the fresh bread”? He said “ I put it on top if the pack, it’s not in the pack”. I said, I don’t care if it’s not in the package” that is nasty”! I asked him, “have I eaten bread off of the floor from here before”? I told him that I can not trust them! I repeated over and over that was nasty!!!!!! I told him to give me my money back!!!! I gave him $9.40 in cash and that is what I wanted back. I also tipped him $1. He said he couldn’t open the drawer for my change and I said LOUDLY, “I GAVE YOU $9.40 AND THATS WHAT I WANT BACK”. I ALSO TOOK MY $1 TIP BACK. This has made me sick to my stomach! That stores score is a 99 A but that doesn’t matter because the employee is nasty...

I'm a regluar here but they just lost my business at this location today. I got to this location at 9:49am and the doors were locked. I knocked at the window, and she finally let me in with an attitude. I ask her what the sub of the day was (had an bad attitude). Then I ask for a foot long meatball on white bread, and ask could she please cut it in half. Her response was I thought you wanted a foot long!!!?!?? I'm like I still want a foot long but can you cut in half, and she the she pointed her finger to the location where she said I'll cut down there with an attitude. Then I had it I told her to cancel my order because I didn't appreciate her attitude and walk out. I didn't get her name but she was the Lady with the birthmarks all over her skin, Arabic lady. Fix your attitude lady, not a good look...

I go to this location so often, I don't even have to speak to the lady. She knows my order from start to finish. I've noticed she does this for several customers. They're always sweet and welcoming. Always remembering something about me. If I don't go for a while, they ask if I'm ok. I can tell you that random customers are mean and ridiculous. The workers look Indian and have an accent. I understand them clearly but customers are mean and rude about their accent. I have hearing issues and have always been able to understand all of them, even the older man and woman. It is completely uncalled for. If you rude people don't like the people preparing your food, leave before they start. They are here trying to make their way and live just...
