My occupation is that of a first responder. At work my unit and I went to this location to pick up dinner for me. I ordered at the kiosk due to being directed there by the cashier there on previous visits, and had the receipt texted to my phone at 5:06. Other than receiving my beverage I waited while other orders were fulfilled for delivery companies. 12 minutes later believing it was to long to wait for a fast food meal I asked the cashier politly for a refund. The cashier was non verbal, and disappeared in the back. When he returned he continued to not acknowledge my presence. I attempted to yell into the back saying I wanted a refund so I can leave. No one acknowledge my presence. I received an emergency call around the corner, and had to leave.at 5:19 .When we returned 20 minutes later I asked the same cashier again for a refund. He disappeared to the back and returned. When I asked to see his manager he finally spoke and replied that she is coming. When she came to the counter the manager stated that she can not refund my purchase due to me ordering from the kiosk. The manager did not offer to remake my order. My husband went back up there to ask for 3 fresh tacos to eat with the 3 orders of cinnamon twist that was missing just for her to be nasty about the situation and say NO... once I called to see what the issue was and why she couldn't replace my tacos she hung up on me I called back and asked for GM information as well as corporate she told me to find the number myself and hung up on me again I don't know where these managers get training or if they get training for customer service but it need to be better bc this is very unacceptable and make the store as a WHOLE LOOK BAD... THE MANAGERS ARE A REFLECTION OF THE GM AND COMPANY AND SHE IS DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD FACE FOR THE STORE OR COMPANY I WILL BE...
Read moreWorst Taco Bell I've ever had the displeasure of attempting to receive food from. If you Google this place, it is clearly annotated that they are open everyday at 6:00 am. I arrived there at 5:50 am. As I pulled onto the drive though some weird Indian man was standing near by. He advised me that they were not open. I informed him that they are open at 6:00 am and I intend to wait. He stated, "Okay, you're right". A few minutes after six a Indiana woman came out from the parking lot and began to change the sign at the Drive Through. She informed me that they were not open. I told her that according to their Google listing they were supposed by open at 6:00 am. She claimed they were not open until 7:00 am. I believe this lady was the one that should have had the store open by 6.00 am and just was late. She obviously didn't care to serve people on time. What's her incentive, especially if she's still getting paid and her boss...
