Chicken Express — Restaurant in Duncan

"I'm a loyal customer of the Duncan Chicken Express, and my family and I enjoy Sunday dinner there every week. The food is consistently good, and the service is usually prompt and friendly.

However, today's experience was disappointing. My chicken was soggy and undercooked, and the gravy was watered down. I called the store to politely inform them of the issue and also compliment them on their usual good service.

Unfortunately, the manager I spoke with was short and didn't allow me to express my concerns. As someone who doesn't typically complain, I was surprised by her rudeness. I understand fast food is hard and it gets busy. However staffing should be sufficient enough to accommodate lunch rush and quality and service should not be sacrificed.

Despite this incident, my family and I still appreciate Chicken Express and hope this was an isolated...

I don’t know what’s happened over the last several months, but service has been terrible. Not all, but most of the kids working are rude. They barely speak or won’t and just close the window in your face. They talk over you as you try to order and explain what you need. It’s always a HUGE deal when we order hush puppies. I understand It will take a few extra minutes longer, but don’t act like you’re put out for me ordering a menu item. It costs nothing to be kind. Especially when your customer is trying to be kind and make it an enjoyable experience. Completely ruins our evening when we have to deal w rude employees. We come at least once a week. It didn’t used to be like this.

I went to chicken Express today with my older disabled friend and we was sitting at the table waiting on our food and the lady with shoulder length gray hair and glasses brought us our food and looked down at our table at the napkins and salt and said" That's a lot of napkins . I didn't say anything. I was shocked. I took a picture of the stack of napkins I had a posted it in your gallery. It really wasn't a lot of napkins for Two , two piece chicken dinners and like I said, my friend is disabled and he does use more napkins then most. That lady is always rude with a shitty look on her face. I guess next time we go eat at chicken Express we should just use our shirts as napkins because clearly you all have a napkin shortage.
