Usually the falmin nachos with chicken. Its a popular item and when made correctly....they are great. $15.16.
However, my order has been made incorrectly the last 3-4 times. I didn't realize it until I either made it home already, or have started eating it or someone else picked ut up for me. I do not live that close to turn right back around. Plus, I wasnt asked to do so.
The first 2-3 times, I didn't worry about it, but I called to let them know. Order either had missing toppings or beef instead of chicken, or incorrect chips. This time, I was told that my order would be replaced. I was missing the queso that goes over the nachos (a big part of the meal). Well Today (next day) the manager says, there was no message left, they wont be replacing the order for missing queso and the food should have been brought back last night. As much money as I spend with them, this is beyond poor customer service. No accountability.
They nachos were dry without the queso. I did not enjoy them. Im fact I threw them away because it was not enjoyable.
I will not order from them again unless they make things right. I will tell everyone that I have recommended, that also goes here regularly, about the experience. $15 down the drain. 50% off is what was offered. Not good enough when the last 3 visits were missing items as well.

Read moreI ordered flaming hot nachos, wings and waffles and tenders and fries. Online order and it says it will be ready around 6pm j get there at 6:05 and the food isn’t ready. Then get a text from them saying it’ll be ready at 6:22… I go back in to get my food and drinks and they gave me both wrong drinks. Had to go back in to get the right ones. Get all the way home and open the bags… they gave me the nachos with NO CHIPS… how do you give me nachos with no chips bruh. I call and the girl that answered the phone doesn’t really know how to speak to customers but I dealt with it and she told me they couldn’t refund it back to my card but that they could give me the refund back in cash and a free meal voucher and she take my name and number. So I go back a couple days later and I get there and the lady tells me oh we can’t give you a refund and you have to read our policy (policy said to check your food before you leave because they won’t remake it or refund it) why is it my job to make sure yall do y’all’s job right and why would the girl on the phone not tell me that in the first place… and then she’s gonna say “but we’ll remake it THIS TIME” like she’s doing me a favor or something. Not once did she even attempt to apologize for the inconvenience. Like how is it my fault yall messed up my order. On top of the the wings were disgusting. One was black on the inside. Read moreI tried this location when they first opened but customer service and food was not worth the wait. I recently decided to try them out again and my orders were half canceled because they ran out of wings. So I ended up canceling entire order. When asked about crediting my card. Female employee did not know how and directed me to my bank. Luckily upper management rectified the error. I tried again on the 7th of this month. When I arrived I inform the male employee that I was picking up my order. I asked in Spanish and no response. So I spoke English and he responded with, “it will be another 10 minutes.” My order was placed at 8:38pm, should have been ready at 9:03pm but was not ready until 9:35pm. Three minutes short of an hour. This time the same male that did not speak Spanish. Now spoke spanish. Checked my order inside because they have sign stating ordered must be checked before leaving. I ordered Serrano lemon pepper wings and I received dry wings. Another male and very nice at that. Asked if he could be of help: I asked for sauce on the side as my order was made wrong. So all that wait and still incorrect. Any restaurant would have served me faster. I was not the only customer made to wait longer than the times we were given.
