Jimmy's great china — Restaurant in Duncanville

This place has really gone downhill....everything tastes bland...the rice is sticky, the combination rice barely has meat...I complained to the manager about my food and the only thing he could say was that his cook told he that he seasoned the food...food was so horrible that my 5 yr old niece said it was yucky...the manager didn't offer to remake my food nor refund me...he basically just went with what his cook said and relayed the message with a dry I'm sorry....I use to frequent this place...my last two orders were horrible.I kept going because I figured maybe it will be good this time around...NOT! I ORDERED COMBINATION FRIED RICE WITH NO CHICKEN AND INSTEAD OF CHICKEN I ASKED IF I COULD REPLACE THE CHICKEN WITH BROCCOLLI...I WAS TOLD YES BUT THAT WOULD BE 2.00 EXTRA....LIKE WHAT IN THE HELL??? I ALSO HAD TWO ORDERS OF SESAME CHICKEN WHICH WAS HARD AND KINDA DRY SMH...NO MORE JIMMY THE NOT SO GREAT ANYMORE...FOR NOW ON I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE GOING TO M&T CHINA...AND NOT TO MENTION MY DINNERS ALSO DIDNT COME WITH EGGROLLS, PLASTIC WARE, NOR FORTUNE COOKIES....SMH...USE TO BE A GREAT PLACE BUT...

Food is great but there is a new worker there answering the phones. Very very rude. I placed an order and he did not hear my request for delivery. Quickly hung up before I could correct him. Understandable, I assumed they where busy based on how rushed and irritated he sounded. I called back and informed him I needed meal to be delivered and order was not for pick up. His words "You said pick up now you want delivery. What do you want? Ugh" I responded calmly, that I told him delivery prior to odering. To save typing space, I'll dialog the rest:

Me: No, I told you delivery in the beginning Worker: You tell me one thing now you switch. Me: Do you want my address? Worker: You want delivery then I need your address. Why would you ask me if I need that. Just tell me where you are Me: Are you okay? You seem... Worker: (cuts me off) Yes I'm okay. You calling back to change your mind. Now you ask me if I want your address like I know it. Me: Keep the food sir, bye.

This place was recommended to me but I will never go back. This experience has really turned me off from Chinese food for a while. Upon arrival I second guessed my decision because it looked very ran down and suspicious and I don’t like ordering from places that doesn’t allow you inside. However I didn’t want to judge a book by its cover so I proceeded. The lady who took my order didn’t seem to want to be bothered with doing her job. She was rude and rushed me. However she took our order down accurately. We got home and tried the food and I almost barfed. I ordered the chicken friend rice and that was NOT chicken. The texture was all wrong and the flavor was wrong. It smelled terrible. The vegetables were hard and barely cooked at all. The rice had no flavor. They did not provide utensils nor napkins. Do not order as I promise you they are not serving chicken. I’m afraid I have tasted rat, cat, or dog. I will never go back there again. Where is the Health Department because I am more than sure there are...
