Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Duncanville

This was my WORST SONIC experience since I’ve been going to Sonic(and that’s been since the early 90’s!!). I pulled up, hit button. It’s says” be with you shortly”. IM OK WITH THAT! Here’s the problem, 4 people(that I noticed & HEARD), pulled up after me & their orders are taken almost immediately. So I hit the button again. Somebody answers, hangs up. I sit there. More come & go. I hit it again. Same thing happens. I hit it a 3rd time & they answer like nothings wrong. So I attempt to explain what’s going on & I look up & she’s at my car. I repeat what I said. She looks like, I don’t know with a shrug of the shoulders that said “don’t know, don’t care. Sorry, how may I help you” attitude” I tell her what I want. She goes back inside. Reiterates it on the screen. I asked for a cup holder because I got 3 drinks during our convo outside. Then my food comes & it’s a diff person with an attitude. Didn’t speak, just handed me my food & I then said, I asked for a cup holder, I have 3 drinks. That SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMMON SENSE. Everybody I saw getting multiple drinks beside me, had cup holders. So she walks off & comes back with my ONE DRINK IN IT, because I had already taken the other two. I have 3 drinks, remember?? But your attitude is so strong, you don’t care. FEEL FREE TO PULL THE CAMERAS. I was there before 6 & didn’t leave til after 6. Worst customer service ever. If I could give them a NEGATIVE 0 I would. I’m telling anybody who will listen too! Don’t go! And if you had a good experience, they must not have been there. Especially the car hop. She was the most pathetic. I’ve never not tipped at Sonic. I didn’t give NOTHING TODAY!! The ONLY good thing about our experience at this sonic was our carhop, she read our order to us, and made sure we had everything before we left. My sons whole kids chicken tender meal was cold and we could tell it was NOT fresh. Both my husbands burger and my burger was cold. We only live 3 minutes from this location and there is no wy all of our food would have been able to get cold before we got home, if it was made fresh. We both have worked for soinc and other food service establishments. We ALWAYS have problems at this location. We tired to call the store to talk to a manager and the phone said the number was no longer in service. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AGAIN, we have given this store many chances.

Went there on a Saturday night around 11pm and the lady gets on the speaker and said we can't sell you anything from the grill. I asked why she said because we close at 12am and we shut the grill down at 11:15pm. I asked what can we get and she said anything fried. You should not be open until midnight at a burger joint if you can't make a burger with 45 minute left that you are open. I thought you are suppose to service up til closing time and clean the grill on closing time. Also we just ended up ordering drinks and it took 30 minutes to get them. The drinks were simple a Dr. Pepper with vanilla flavoring which was flat and a slush that was the wrong size. It seems as though everytime you go to this location the service sucks and your order is wrong not once but two or three times in one visit.
