Antojitos Rosy Taqueria — Restaurant in Duncanville

I stumbled upon this place by accident one day.  It's a little shop in Duncanville that may be overlooked at times. However, the food is on another level.  I have come on many occasions and tried many different menu items, and they all go above and beyond.  The pictures do the food no justice (and are pretty good photos).  The staff is super attentive and polite, which can be rare nowadays, unfortunately.  If you're in the mood for some good food, definitely give this place a try.  Very reasonable in price, and the amount of food they serve is well worth the money paid.  This is definitely a go-to for me when I want Mexican food. In addition, they have snacks and other items if you don't want a full meal. Check this place out; you will not regret it. The only reason this place doesn't get 5 stars is because I've only been there once so far, but I ordered the pastor taco lunch plate which came with 3 tacos rice & beans, an horchata, and an elote. First thing I have to say is that the service is great Rosy is super sweet and attentive, second the meat was really good it was better than the pastor I've had in an actual Mexican sit down restaurant the reason I say that is because although you can sit down and eat here it is sharing space with a convenience store, and final but not least, although I've had many horchatas and elotes these were by far the best I've had I would purely come back for these two things. I ordered a large Shrimp cocktail and I was very disappointed! The shrimp were literally swimming in the sauce. So if you know what I meant, there was more sauce than shrimp. I wished I could have remembered to take a picture. But I was at work and very hungry. So when I got done with the cocktail I was still very hungry due to the small amount of shrimp. And was left with more than half the cup full of sauce. Not only was a I disappeared due to the very little shrimp but the traste was not good at all! Basically tasted like all ketchup.
