And will no longer return⦠The last several times Iāve been very sad as something has MAJORLY changed in the last yr or so and when spending $80 for it to āhopefully be good this timeā aināt cuttin it. I always order the same exact thing the shrimp & steak hibachiā¦. And it was amazing until it wasnāt⦠Prices went up (ok nbd), portions went down. somewhat understand but then⦠food started going downhill badā¦.It started with shrimp was not fresh and really mushy, gooey, and dirty tasting⦠ordered again hoping a fluke, same weird shrimp then , the steak was tough, literally impossible to chew and game-y tasting. Returned again, for the shrimp to be even tougher than the steak which didnāt know was even possible⦠Now the rice is completely different tastingā¦. Used to get yum yum and sriracha with hibachi plates now you pay, which would be fine, but they are selling something weird now and calling it sriracha and itās not even close! When I tell you I am extremely sad to write this review I canāt even explain. This was my diamond š in the rough hibachi spot and now itās just not the same! Just as we were about to finish our dinner, two people sat down at the table next to us. They appeared to be a couple. Because they spoke loudlyāand rather rudelyāmy daughter felt uncomfortable and told me she wanted to leave.
After our waiter checked on the other tables, he began taking their order. Although I donāt clearly remember what they ordered, I could distinctly hear the man repeatedly emphasizing, āIām a regular here!ā (He seemed drunk to me). He ordered in a very forceful and rapid manner. Then, after the waiter brought them two glasses of water, the man kept demanding, āI want lemon. Hurry up and bring me lemon!ā
I thought to myself: this might be the most impolite and rude person Iāve ever seen. Iām not sure how the waiter responded, but the couple suddenly started shouting and causing a scene. Eventually, because no one came to serve them anymore, they awkwardly left on their own.
After they left, I told him not to be upset because of people like that.
All in all, I personally think this restaurant is quite good, and Iāll probably come back from...

The app said they received my order but then no progress was shown on when it was done...So I called them to see what the status was and the very rude man on the phone said, "Your food is done and has been done!" I told him the app (Qmenu) didn't show that and he said that is a 3rd party app for ordering only! (not true) so my food sat there for 30 minutes and then it took us about 15 to get there..I went to get the order because it was the right thing to do after all, I did order the food. So we got there and they have this huge bubble at the door, you can't go in.(I get it, COVID) they unzip a small gap in the bubble and snatch my credit card. Then he returns with my card and my food, shoves it through the small gap in the zipper. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No sorry for the misunderstanding, no thank you for your order, no have a good day.. He acted like we were contaminated animals inconveniencing him with our order! The food was cold, soggy, and not cooked well. Our hibachi steak was tough, the shrimp fried rice was overcooked and dry, our veg tempura was cold. We literally threw 65.00 down the drain.
