Starbucks — Restaurant in Duncanville

My Vanilla sweet cream cold brew taste so bad , just like milk and it’s hot instead of being cold he only put like 3 ice on it and the service was really bad in the store I ask the guy(cashier ) for a Vanilla sweet cream cold brew and a medicine ball and instead of a medicine ball he gave me this other tea really bad , (the guy that is doing the drinks ) he said that’s what he got told it was and her seems like he don’t know how to do drinks then when back ask for my receipt he said he could give it to me because he put no receipt. Also my butter croissant were really hard like if he overcook them . I will not recommend this Starbucks because the drinks are pretty bad my $20 bucks where...

Ok this is my second day in a row coming here. The first day which was Friday 12-7-18 and today 12-8-18. On Friday their were 2 young ladies and a manager and they still moved slow as Molasses. Now again as I stand here waiting on my coffee I’m writing this review. The red hair girl is texting a full paragraph while I’m asking about a drink. The other one with the tattoos all over her arms is taking her sweet time. ARE YOU SERIOUS..... I literally been waiting for over 10 minutes. Neither of these ladies have on proper uniforms. Both are to busy conversing about things other than work. THE MANAGER SHOULD BE ASHAMED TOO HAVE THESE 2...

I'm sure others had good or decent experiences, but mine was lackluster as fuk. I think the girls had the dangerous "foot molasses" infection since they were dragging their feet so slow. Also seemed it traveled to their hands since the chick behind me got her order first. They really should see a doctor about that. I think my server/cashier also had a sore throat because the only thing the bich said was "What would you like". No, hello, how are you, thank you, have a good day, here you go.
