Golden Chick — Restaurant in Duncanville

I never leave bad reviews, especially for fast food restaurants. However, this location is terrible. I went through the drive through. I ordered the mixer family meal which comes with 8 beices of chicken, 16 chicken tenders, 8 rolls and 3 family sides. I also ordered 4 sides of honey mustard, a side salad with ranch and an additional half dozen rolls. I sit in the drive thru for 40 minutes waiting on the food. They hand me my bags and I see there is a box of the chicken and a box for tender, all of the sides and 6 rolls and the salad. I tell them I am missing the honey mustard and the 8 rolls that come with the meal and they argue with me that they put the half dozen rolls in there. I have to explain that yes they did, but the family meal cones with 8 rolls and those aren't in there. They finally give them to me and I go home. I get home, take everything out and there are only 3 pieces of chicken in the box. I drive the 20 minutes back to golden chick and spend another 45 minutes sitting in the drive thru (their dine in is not open). I finally get to the 1 window and tell the lady what was wrong with my order and she takes my receipt and walks away without a word. I sit their for a few minutes and another person comes and tells me to go to the 2nd window. I get to the next window and they hand me a box and say this is your order and then they shut the window. No sorry for messing it up, no sorry for your 45 minutes wait, no offer of anything or acknowledgement that they messed up or anything. I will never go back to this location and they need to get it togethtake if I could do zero...

I don't know what it is with people in the Drive-Thru why are they there if they don't know how to follow directions or there illiterate or they don't speak Spanish or they don't speak English they never check their bags to make sure that the whole order is placed together before they hand it to the customer in there I go to Golden Chick on May 25th 2023 between 10 and 10:30 p.m. the short Hispanic young lady at the drive-thru window with the long black hair I ask her nicely if she could please make sure that my jalapeno peppers are in the bag because previous time that I came they were not in there she said sure So she opens the window back up and gives them to me in my hand I guess she was being funny because she could have put them in my bag so I get home and check my bag my honey mustard is not in there of course so then I noticed that she never gave us our drinks so yeah we didn't get our drinks either which they're the first things they give you in the Drive-Thru but I'm glad we had Sonic drinks that we had got before we went to Golden Chick cause I love Sonic drinks but they never handed our drinks to us either and that comes before your whole order I'm so sick of Golden Chick not only that my fries were dry overcooked and so were my tenders so yes I was really upset with Golden Chick but as I see the reviews Golden Chick needs to hire some new employees that know what they're doing...

This is the worst location ever. I have tried them 3 times each time it was something different....first time I ordered the 9 wicked wings all flats when I get home it was 6 drums in the box so I called back still had all 6 drums and the receipt I hear the lady ask the guy what he gave me and he said 9 wings which was a lie so she get back on the phone and say I can only replace the 6 drums u have for 6 flats since all I was bringing back was 6 wings....but that's all I got in the first place was 6...2nd time I tried the chicken that was pose to be baked but it was so much grease it went thru the box and to the bag but this time they replaced my order no problem...3rd time they say they open at 10am I pull up at 10:20 about to get out the car to go in 2 workers outside 1 talking to someone in a car the other swiping the drive Thur the lady talking told me they was not open yet so I asked don't u open at 10 she said yes but we still cooking and we not going to open until all the food was done cooking I then go home a little while later I called and spoke to the so call manager and asked her about it and she said the same thing.... So after all the wasted gas and bad bad bad customer service I will never visit this...
