Poke West — Restaurant in Dundee Township

This place is a true hidden gem! Stopped here on my way home on a whim after a VERY long day and came in with 0 expectations. The restaurant was bright, clean, and well decorated and the woman behind the counter who served me who I can only assume owned it, was the sweetest and nicest person I've dealt with in a long time; she was kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure I understood the menu and was satisfied with my order and having a great experience.

Onto the food; frequent Poke Bros and have had higher end poke at a few upscale places, this was a MUCH better experience than all of them, every item packed into my bowl was fresh, well prepared, and craveworthy delicious!

I recently visited Poke West for the first time, and I have to say—it exceeded my expectations! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff, and the place had a clean, modern vibe that made it feel inviting.

I built my own poke bowl with salmon, and shrimp, adding a mix of toppings like edamame, seaweed salad, and crispy onions. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the portion size was super generous. What really stood out to me was the house-made sauces—I went with the spicy mayo and ponzu.

The service was fast and friendly, even though they were busy. I also appreciated how everything was well-organized, making the ordering process smooth. To top it off, I grabbed a side of mochi ice cream, which was the perfect light dessert to finish the meal.

This was my first time coming. I got a bowl with extra sushi rice, extra japepeno, edamame, crab stick, mango, avocado, spicy chicken, corn, cucumber, extra siracha aioli, extra tempura flakes, and crispy onion.
