This was my 1st time ordering from here. This was Friday October 18th. I work a few blocks away and was ordering a pizza to pick up on my way home. I ordered a 14" Double Decker Meat Lovers with almost $20 in additional toppings over the phone at about 3:50pm. The guy who took the order gave me my total and said it would be ready in 25 to 30 minutes. I waited for him to ask for a name and phone number, but he didn't and hung up. I waited about 25 minutes and when I went to pick up my order, I told the girl at the counter I was there to pick a $46 pizza. She asked, "what was the name?". I told her the guy who took the order did not ask. She then replied saying they thought it was a prank call, and she called for the guy I spoke to. He said he will put the order through now.

My problem I had with this was;

1. They thought it was a prank call and did not put the order in.
2. Why did they not ask for a name and phone number?
3. They did not apologize for not putting the order in and having me wait another 25 minutes or so.
4. They did not offer anything to make up for my having to wait an additional 25 minutes or so.

Outside of that issue, the employees were very nice, and the pizza was better than expected. I will order from them again because the food was so good and the employees were very nice. I will call back if they do not ask for a name and number.
