Roll N Donut Cafe & Douangchay's Kitchen Store — Restaurant in Dundee Township

A friend of mine told me about this place, and I can confidently say that I was not disappointed in the slightest!

It was a little difficult to find on foot, but the shop itself looked very welcoming once I came across it. Entering the shop, I saw that they had a variety of goods; both already made and ready for take-out, and also the wonderful owner making fresh food!

The owner was a delight to chat with. They are very passionate about their food and service which was a wonderful change with some of the other local businesses that are in Dundee.

During my visit, I had ordered an iced latte and ordered a couple of their hand-made donuts. The donuts I had ordered had a good texture with the cream filling that was inside of it, and the frosting wasn't overpowering the flavour which I always appreciate.

The latte that I had ordered tasted very authentic; I had ordered the Caramel version and it had a very good flavour-- not overdone like some other coffee places. A genuinely good coffee with an affordable price that I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

I am looking forward to visiting this place in the future and seeing this...

I come here very frequently as it’s a quick and easy walk from my house, and I always leave with armfuls of food! Douangchay is incredibly open, generous, fair, and kind, and I always have a wonderful time talking to her about her business, cooking, and teaching philosophies. She’s doing really great things here and her passion is obvious :)

I also attended the eggroll making class a few weeks ago and it was so educational, so much fun, and I had heaps of eggrolls to feed to my friends and family as well as the skills & recipe to make more in the future. I can’t wait for more, and you should definitely sign up for the upcoming workshops when you can! Carrying on recipes and sharing food is one of the most basic yet powerful ways we can connect with each other.

What an excellent experience at this store! We were helped by an awesome young lady and ended up purchasing cookies, a steamed bun, donuts and sauce and everything was delicious! Definitely looking foward to going back and trying more items. Parking can be tricky but it's right next to the gas station so just...
