I came to this store regularly when it first opened, and the store manager Cole was an absolute saint and the employees there really seemed to enjoy working there and loved Cole. I came in recently and noticed that there is a new manager named TJ and all the baristas there look like they are miserable and I was talking to one of the baristas I talk to all the time when I go in and this barista explained to me that their new store manager TJ does not like helping out with making drinks or helping on drive thru since he is a store manager and “doesn’t have to do that” and I think starbucks corporation really needs to hire better store managers like Cole who actually care about their employees well being and mental health. All the baristas there used to be filled with joy when Cole was there and now they all seem to be very drained and tired of working there. The same barista I was talking about previously stated that TJ doesn’t help out, had taken a 2 hour lunch break because his friends were in cafe and didn’t even bother to offer help when the baristas were struggling, and has even fallen asleep in the clock. Not only has he treated his employees unfairly, I have also witnessed him mansplain simple topics to customers while I was sitting in cafe doing some work. So therefore he isn’t only rude to his employees but also rude to the customers, and I just know that Cole would have never done this as he cared so much for this store and all the baristas working there. I was so excited when it opened because it was closer to home, staff was always friendly ( especially one of the ladies in the drive thru I forget her name but have not seen her lately 😞) and service always quick! Not sure what happened in the last couple weeks but I definitely will not be coming to this location as much if ever! Not only are they the only Starbucks that went up in price in the area but they are super slow now, staff is rude and they want to up charge for every little thing! The same drink I get religiously every single day sometimes twice a day they all of a sudden are trying to charge me for extra splash of cream ( never have in the past ! ) and then each time I go there is a new reason as to why they have to charge now! Read morewe went on thanksgiving to get drinks and a sandwich, i placed a mobile order and when we went in at the time it was supposed to be ready it wasn’t which was okay but as we waited for the rest of our order we asked a worker how long it would be the female worker with reddish hair shot back “there’s only two of us” when we had been waiting for 10 minutes and there was only 2 other customers she continued to make snarky comments about us to her coworker. we eventually got our order 20 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready and when we received our order our drinks were not mixed, overall this was a horrible way to start thanksgiving and i believe your staff needs...
