Randall Roadhouse Bar Grill Pizza — Restaurant in Dundee Township

2 stars. Why? First time ever visiting this place. Place is very unsanitary. When We walked in, First thing I saw a dirty baby bottle uncovered on the window edge with some little bugs or spiders in it. I even pointed it out to the hostess. She just laughed. Really?? Next we were seated as we walked the floors super Sticky and tables are worst! I lined my the table top with napkins. Next was the Silverware on the table. I open three and they all had food stuck on them. Should have taken pictures! We still gave this place a chance. The pizza we ordered was good and the server was polite.(reason for the 2 stars). So wanted to sneak into the kitchen to see how if that area was clean. But I held back. This review is to serve as a courtesy, before health department start...

Overall food good! Few misses but most was great. Service slow. Waited 7-8 min before anyone even said Hi. Was not crowded at all either. I ordered the tuna melt. I asked what comes on that? Nothing just cheese. ? Can I have a lil tomato, onion and a few pickles? Sure. Nothing else said not .... "there are extra charges for items that should come on a tuna sandwich anyway" . I was charged $1 for one little thin tomato slice, .50 for two little onion slices that fit on half a sandwich, .50 for pickles and just under a dollar for using a credit card vs cash. $3 in fees, waiter said nothing. Now the 3 bucks is not the point..... is this Comcast? 😆 I gotta admit this bothered me.... I still tipped not his fault, but this is going to have me...

Don't go here if you're in a rush. We stopped by around 1pm on Saturday, October 7 for lunch. We were promptly seated and it was not busy at all - only about 10 tables were occupied. We sat for 15 minutes and left because we never once saw our server, no one stopped by to let us know they would be with us soon, we weren't offered water, and the hostess forgot about us. We saw several servers go by and they didn't look busy, especially since they were randomly checking their phones. I took a picture of my wife and attached it to this review since we were starving and there was no one to be found. This place has really gone downhill. Was here earlier this year and things seemed to be good, but it now shows that the staff is not what...
