I had the worst experience at this location last night. I ordered pizza, wings and a 2 liter root beer around 6pm and was told it would arrive at my house within the hour. It actually took an hour twenty minutes. The delivery driver explained that he had to stop and buy root beer and that was why he was running late. Well the pizza and wings were cold. My husband called back promptly and explained that the pizza was cold. The girl that answered the phone explained should could give is a $5 credit. What good is a $5 credit with a cold pizza? She then got rude and said "there is nothing wrong with your pizza it is just cold". After asking for her name and to speak to the manager she offered to send us a new pizza. When the pizza finally got here we asked for the manager's name and were told by the delivery driver that he didn't know the manager's name and didn't even work there and no one else wanted to deliver our pizza. We took all the pizzas and wings back to the store and received a full refund. I made it a point to call the manager today because the whole situation was handled so poorly and I thought he should know. He proceeded to tell me that it was busy and my pizza probably sat before it was delivered. And that he wasn't there and he was sorry but we got a new pizza and a $5 credit right? He was full of excuses and made no effort to keep me as a customer. I will never return to...

Contacted manager Jake and he was little or no help. He would not make a fresh one and deliver to my house. He said his drivers would not deliver to my house because they would not get paid. Asked to talk to owner Sean. Was told he was on vacation (How many times have we heard that one) Maybe Sean does not realize his customers paid for that vacation he is on. Would strongly suggest checking your order before leaving or better yet order from Lou Malnati's or Moretti's down the street. PLEASE check reviews before ordering from this location.
