I am normally a super patient person when it comes to the service industry, I completely understand that when a place is busy, things take time. I even worked at Starbucks myself for 3 years. But today was ridiculous. I ordered a drink through the mobile app (and I double-checked that I was at the right store) at 9am. I got there at 9:10, and my drink wasn't ready. Which is fine, I waited. but then it got later and I still wasn't seeing it - so I asked the girl at the front about it. She said she'd check and then just never came back to update me. So I waited longer. Then I went up again and she said "oh are you still waiting?" Obviously I was. She told me it was probably just in the queue getting ready to get made, but wasn't really checking or following up. So then it was about 25 minutes after I placed the order and someone else was at the front and I went up and said I had placed a mobile order and I'm still not seeing it. And I hear someone say "oh, I don't think it ever printed out" which made me livid. Why wouldn't someone ask me what my drink was and put it in manually if it just wasn't printing out? I finally got my drink but it was a full 30 minutes after I ordered it. I'm sorry, but 30 minutes for one drink is super unacceptable - especially when the workers are literally doing nothing to help the situation. I had to bring it up 3...

She had no interest in being friendly to customers or helping people get what they want. I think the staff wasnt happy with her.
I went up to the counter and she was fighting with someone over mischarging them and told them even though their balance was wrong not to worry about it on their card..They left unhappy only to return later..she wasnt friendly about it..then I went to get a refill of vanilla iced coffee and instead of making me a new one she went over took warm coffee dumbed it into diluted ice and squirted about 5 or 6 vanilla syrup shots into a tall iced coffee..i tried drinking it and it tasted like just sugar and gagged me so had to have someone else dump it out and...

The drive thru rep Logan, was difficult, argumentative, unpleasant to deal with, and gave me the wrong change despite my giving him a $20 bill and exact change anticipating getting $15 back in change in bills. He argued with me denying I gave him 2 quarters and 2 dimes for the change and a $20 bill, so my change would clearly be $15 dollars. He denied receiving the change I gave him in his hand. My guess? Like many uneducated youth these days couldn't compute BASIC ARITHMETIC, in addition no manners to apologize for his inability to add and subtract simple numbers and his rudeness and failure to apologize.
