Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Dundee

There is an employee named Joshua who is an outstanding worker. He helped me order my pizza to the way that I liked it & even ran the numbers on the register to inform me on the exact amount for the different sizes. He did his best to look up the best deal for me in regards to satiatey & cost. At the time I ordered it was 10:11 pm and I received my pizza around 10:28. Most restaurant workers would be cleaning in the last hour but Joshua was still hard at work taking & making orders. There is a McDonald's & a Hardy's restaurant nearby that had both locked their doors a whole 30mins prior to closing time. But even as I sat to eat I was watching him taking orders at 10:45 knowing they close at 11:00. Joshua most definitely finished the mission to the end so I had to tell him he was a good worker before heading out. I sure hope he lands a supervisory position because he has a great attitude and is a very people's person. I can see that Joshua does indeed care. I ordered the garden pizza with my own twist of chicken & pineapple toppings & I absolutely loved it. The pizza came hot & crispy with plenty of cheese. My experience was wonderful & I will be back again...

Ordered pizza on-line as usual paid also on-line. Get there a few minutes early, person at counter ask name and also if I paid. The latter one she should of seen in her terminal. Waited almost ten minutes pizza's were getting done with no names called out. Looked at email and tracking info which told me it was done. Counter person wasn't around and the other 2 were busy. So I called number to get someone up front, she finally came up to answer phone (which was me) proceeded to tell her my name before she had gotten The ringing phone which I had hung up got my Pizza and Left. Did Not see anyone who would be in charge and if they were there there was nothing but chaos. Which they had to make another customer's order cuz there pizza's were sitting there what they claimed 25 minutes ago. ( Why if you placed an order find out and keep track of time yourself)cuz it's wasn't a busy pizza night. All I can say is when placing any order and you know The Time keep track of it yourself it...

I love the food but the night shift sucks, They are lazy, they take the phone off the hook, they don't like to deliver. I get delivery for lunch with no problem. I have driven from my house on hold to get there and the phone is off the hook and no one in the restaurant. This is how good business goes under when people just go to a job for a pay check. You have to love your customers they are your pay check. I hope they can get a manager on the night shift that cares and loves the job. The young lady on the day shift is awesome . To the owner you need to show up without notice and start making phone calls to your store. The last time I spent over 80.00 but I had to go to the restaurant. I didn't spend anything tonight because they couldn't find my address and I maybe 3 miles from them. It would have been at least 40.00 plus...
