I placed my to go order online at 1145am yesterday and order said would be ready for pickup at 1230. I ran an errand on my way to pick up my wings so, I arrived at the dunedin go location to pick up my order at 1pm. I waited at the counter and one of the employees asked me if I was there to pick up my order and I stated yes and gave her my name. She said nobody with my last name placed an order so asked for my 1st name. She then said oh yeah, I remember that 1st name from a bit earlier today. That order was already picked up and gone earlier. I said we'll, I am here now to pick up my order so obviously it wasn't me who picked it up. She did have the other employees in the store immediately re-make my order promptly. I waited about 20 minutes then got my original order. She apologized and said she had never had this happen before. I said to her, not sure how someone else could come in and pick up my specific order. I asked to speak to a manager which she stated there was not one on site and because I placed my order online I would have to speak to the corporate manager. When attempting to place an internet order, I received an error message instructing me to call the store using the provided phone number or select an alternative location. Upon calling the store, I was dismissed multiple times by the initial staff member and the manager with whom she was speaking. The manager repeatedly stated that they had no involvement with online orders and that I was required to contact support.
It is essential for management to be aware of the unprofessional tone conveyed by authoritative language, such as 'you have to.' Instead of listening to my concerns and that I wanted to place my order over the phone, the manager continued to interrupt me and dictate the actions I needed to take. As a result, I have decided not to pursue contacting support for your internet issues and will instead opt for Wing Stop, which would have been my initial choice.

I ordered online and scheduled a pickup for about 30 minutes after ordering. After arriving about 5 minutes before my scheduled pick-up time, I stepped in to find that my order was still being prepared. That's fine. I knew I was early, but after looking at the list, I saw that I was behind 6 other people. I ended up waiting for a total of 45 minutes before I received my order.
It would've been fine if they had got my order correct. I had a relatively big order, which included a few 10 boneless wing baskets. Every single one that I received only had 6-8 wings in the box.
I would've gone back in to see if they could rectify the situation, but by the time I noticed, there were about 14 people waiting in line. I just didn't feel like waiting any longer.
