Visited location to grab a to go dinner for family. I ordered three burrito bowls and a cheese quesadilla for my teenage son as that is all he will eat from this chain. I was told I can only order the quesadilla online because the "stuff to make it is in the back". There were people behind me in line but I hopped onto the website really quick after finding that specific location on google and clicking the "website" option. I quickly ordered the quesadilla and paid for it as I paid for the rest of my food at the register. The food never came. I don't know if this is because it is a new location or what, but my location was somehow changed to the one in Clearwater Mall about six miles away. Online customer service refused to refund my money unless I went back online and paid for it a second time for the correct location. I am not driving back there and going through any more trouble for a two flour tortillas and some cheese melted in the middle, which somehow costs $9 by the way. No wonder this company's stock is in the toilet. Enjoy my $9. I'll never spend another dime at this...
Read moreI am a huge Chipotle fan and have been very excited that this location was opening up. But, the feedback on my first trip was that the service was poor. One person working the line slowly and several people just standing around, including manager. Given this location is new I'd expect the customer service to be above and beyond for a while and a strong focus on speed and moving customers in and out quickly. The manager only started to help the line start moving when the worker on the line got food in their eye. Also, not that they can fix this now, but the back row of tables is in a very awkward location relative to the the food line and not sure how functional they are for real use. I expect more out of Chipotle, especially out of a new location. Read moreBy far the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Ordered pick up for 8:20pm and it wasn’t ready until 9:10pm. The chipotle wasn’t even that busy, there were a few (4-5) people waiting for their food with similar time frame as me (50 minute wait). There was only one staff who seemed like he was in a rush to help people, the other 5 staff were moving so slow. I would never recommend this chipotle. Save yourself and drive to the other chipotle in countryside across from the mall. There’s also no way to report any issues with your order on the corporate website with the new AI feature “chat with pepper.” Super disappointing. The other reviews were so right… should have read them before...
