literally the worst customer service that I've ever had. Mia!! I'm shocked and appalled at the whole entire situation My mind is blown. Is this even real??? So I ordered my meal got to the window got everything. I come to this restaurant at least two or three days a week from work order the same thing. Ask for sauce the lady said that it's a charge, I said I've never been charged before When did that start. She immediately became subarued offensive almost yelling at me slammed the drive-thru window shut. Honestly worried that she even mess with my food. This was completely crazy I left shaking!! This is my go-to place for work very disappointed. This is not the first time she has been rude and mean. I don't with mean stuff before but she was over the top. I asked for the manager She proceeded to say she was the manager. Low and behold she was the second manager and the other manager and her were really good friends I found this all out at drive-thru window during the whole entire process of them attacking me for trying to understand when they started charging for sauces... Very very disappointed. I felt like I apologize so many times even at the speaker bc I said something about root beer and she thought I said I wanted a large. But yet I apologized. It was a horrible experience and I'm really can't imagine how someone like this is a manager I definitely won't be eating the food that I paid for. Read moreDisappointed. Went to the drive through for a burger and fries for my daughter at dinner rush. Waited in line for 15 minutes before making it to the intercom and saw a little note written in pen, on the microphone saying no burgers at this time sorry for inconvenience. We were stuck behind 4 cars and in front of 2 cars. I chose to get out and ask the people behind us to let us out when 2 more cars pulled up. I tried to change my mind but the woman behind me said no honey you ask them to move they will be happy to do it. She was right people were all over the parking lot backing out so we wouldnt have to sit in line for no food. People are good!! But Dairy Queen isnt :-(. They should have put a bigger sign out where you pull in to the line and saved everyone the inconvenience. And I doubt we were the only ones today. Also last week we went through to get a mint dilly bar and when we got home my daughter realized it was a vanilla dilly bar. We rarely go there so 2 for 2 is bad odds. Read moreMy family and I ordered food this evening around 6 pm. We ordered off uber eats, & the kids were excited because it's one of their favorite places. It's also my son's birthday and he's been asking for all day. Then roughly 45 min later I get a message from uber eats saying my orders been canceled. It says out of the 9 items we ordered they can't make it because ONE of the hamburgers we ordered requested lettuce and they don't have it -. - Then I try to edit the order just to take the stupid lettuce off and get us our food. Guess what? They aren't accepting new orders and closed. The website doesn't say they are closed. Uber eats doesn't say their closed. As a chef myself I know exactly what happened. This is what happens when you have incompetent people running the place. Get a big order " nah, just tell them we're out of lettuce and kill all the orders, we're closing early tonight anyways" And that is how you kill a life time...
