We tried the new Pineapple Jacks on Saturday night. We had a reservation, but one was not needed as it was not very crowded. Maybe because they have just opened recently and people don’t know about it yet? But let me tell you it was excellent! I hope this review entices readers to try it out ! The atmosphere in the restaurant is welcoming yet very Florida style. Nothing fancy. We were seated right away and the service was excellent as the waitress took our drink orders quickly and brought them over very quickly as well. We had the fried zucchini appetizer, as well as the potsticker appetizer, which was a special that night. Both were very tasty and delicious! The horseradish sauce served with the fried zucchini is so good that we actually had the waitress bring more for the rest of our meal! For dinner, the seafood platter did not disappoint. Delicious fried clams, hush puppies, fries, shrimp, scallops, and Mahi. All piping hot and so so good! You can have your seafood items, grilled or fried. We chose to have them grilled except for the clam strips and hush puppies. We also had the grilled salmon, which was super fresh and delicious. It came with rice and broccoli. The seafood platter is very large and two of us shared the two entrées and we literally took almost all the salmon home because the seafood platter was so big that it’s almost enough for two people, but we were happy to have leftovers for the next day. There is a large bar area that opens to the outside and a small outdoor section with high top tables for eating or drinking when the weather is nice - like NOW! Definitely give this place a try. I’d love to have them stay a while! ...

Wanted to love this local place based on the reviews. But just could not show the love I hoped. Stopped in dur to everywhere else being packed onna Friday at 6pm yet this place was half empty. And definiyley been wanting to give it a try for awhile.

Tender ribs marinated in cola are always a hit, but then covering them in store bought sauce takes the special straight back to mediocre. Would love to see some house made BBQ sauce in the future offering a few different options from a pineapple sweet to a vinegar spice. Fries are standard frozen variety, but I get it. Fresh cut fries are hard for most places. And the slaw was just slaw. Was hoping for something real uniquely flavorful with the slaw.

House salad on par with anything else out there from the average chain with basic dressing and bagged cheese and lettuce that beckoned to be just a little fresher.

Burger as a lettuce wrap was good as the party cooked perfectly to my liking, although packed so tightly the flavor of the burger just could not come together like freshly made patty would. Maybe the burger is previously frozen or maybe it is just hand packed tightly into a round mold, but either way, burger was on par with all else. And the burger veggies, on par with the salad. Could have been fresher.

Mediocre Jacks is what I'd call it here. A flavor and quality of ingredients upgrade is needed to compete with numerous other places nearby offering, from my experience, a higher quality experience. Maybe this is why the crowds were elsewhere, as the newness wore off and now this place has to stand on a reputation for quality food in a very...

Hidden gem alert!! I have passed this place several times and kept saying we need to go there.. I read the reviews and they were great.. but sometimes a place has good reviews and then it’s not that great after all. lol

I am very happy to report Pineapple Jacks did not disappoint.. I had a blueberry mule make w blueberry vodka. It was very good and different, not too sweet either. We ordered the fish N Chips, replaced coleslaw w side salad. Even the salad was very good made w cheese, bacon, cucumber, purple onion, and homemade balsamic. The Fish was fresh and fries thick/crispy for only $16. Not to mention it was a huge platter. A Must have, the stuffed pineapple!! OMG coconut pineapple rice, steamed broccoli, sirloin steak, skewer of shrimp, and topped off w a teriyaki drizzle. All of it was amazing, steak not chewy and cooked to perfection. I don’t normally like rice too much but theirs was out of this world.. and was only $26..

Let’s not forget dessert.. Pineapple upside down cake with ice cream. The cake was hot and so moist it melted in your mouth. The waitress Michelle was very friendly and there anytime we needed her. Our bill was a total of $62 and well worth it. We got a lot of food and it waz amazing, we didn’t feel like we got ripped off like a lot of...

What a nice surprise this place is. It doesn't look like much from the outside but when you enter it's bright, warm and inviting. Not tropical at all, more of a upscale restaurant with food to match. Every time I eat at restaurant with a name such as this one, I go in expecting typical bar food. Not the case here at all, I was blown away by chef "Ben" quality and presentation. I had parmesan crushed salmon with Broccoli and rice which was amazing. If you don't like fish you can get this same dish with chicken. There are a few other dishes on the menu where you can switch out the protein. This place is located a few doors down from another pretty good restaurant called "Miggs". It's in a small strip center which makes for difficult parking and it will only get worse, once people find out about this Great Restaurant.
