Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Dunedin

Edit: modifying my review. I've talked to Valerie and she's passed it along to the regional manager over this location to address this issue moving forward. This store is quick and I've never had any issues with them in the past. I've changed my stars to 4 stars from 1 thanks to the quick response and addressing it.

Original Review: I walked into this store to pick up an order and they had their wet floor sign literally within 1 foot of the door in the way to walk in the door. I ask if they would like me to move the sign out of the path of travel and all the staff said it's there to let the customers know the floor is wet. Update, we just had another horrible experience there. We didn't get our food because they were overwhelmed with the promotion they were doing. Poor planning. Burn me twice, shame on me. We won't be back.

We just had a horrible experience trying to order food online and when it failed we had to go to the store and got the run around. Our CC was charged and my wife tried to tell them that the card was charged but the girl was not listening. So much for customer service. Also, more importantly, neither employee was wearing a mask. Not good for the times we're in right now. I had to call the CC company to be sure that the charge was reversed. We won't be back. This place is awesome. We are low-carb people so we are always on the lookout for places who can accommodate us without a lot of trouble. Jersey Mike's has big plastic containers right on the counter that they use to make "subs in a tub" - all the good stuff, just no bread, like a hoagie salad. They do this like it's the most natural thing ever. It wasn't awkward or troublesome to order, like it can be at other places. Between us, we got a turkey and cheese, an Italian, and a roast beef and cheese in a tub. There was plenty of meat and cheese, and they filled the container with tons of lettuce and tomatoes and pickles. It was so big I actually ate it over 2 separate meals. It really hit the spot.
