Overall the food & atmosphere was good. The service was very poor throughout the meal.
I ordered Veal Piccata (lemon caper sauce) and was served Veal Marsala (red wine mushroom sauce). The waitress first said she would have to double check my meal because she wasn't sure if what I had was Piccata. She returned & insisted that the meal in front of me, covered with mushrooms, was Piccata and that's how they've always made it. This meal clearly wasn't anything close to Piccata and it was utterly ridiculous that she was saying this. I was starving so I simply ordered a different meal because I can't have mushrooms.
My friend said if the waitress was going to throw away the Veal & Mushrooms that she would take it. My next meal came out very quickly but was cold. The bread, soups, appetizer, salad, flounder, and gnocchi were delicious though.
Then we got the check we saw that the waitress charged us full price for the veal & mushroom meal. I feel disappointed about an otherwise good experience. I'm sure that because the restaurant was incredibly busy and we already waited over 45 minutes for our food, and the waitress didn't want to admit she had gotten my order wrong. Great ambiance, great service which was very attentive and homemade, delicious food!!
We stopped in for dinner after an afternoon of Christmas shopping, the Christmas margarita was perfect!
We shared the Lobster ravioli and Tempura shrimp appetizers, both which were very flavorful.
For my entrée I got the filet and crab cake dinner and hubby got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. The filet was the perfect temp, and you could definitely tell the crab cake was fresh made!! The fettuccine noodles were also homemade and the sauce was the perfect texture and creaminess, with the chicken done just right!!
Each entrée came with soup & salad, the soup was ham and bean (not pictured) and the shared tossed salad had the most delicious house dressing: white wine Vinegrette (I could have drank it from a glass lol)
The fresh bread basket was warm and yummy too!!
Highly recommend visiting Ragnacci's for your next night out, but wear your stretchy pants cause the portions are huge....they feed you like an traditional Italian...

Asked us to move, understandable since we were doing business next door but we're considering lunch afterwards there, but never again after this incident.Either way moving was not an issue, I was clearly moving the car from the empty parking lot to the front. She then followed me to the front of the building, knocked on my car window and asked if I was gay because I sounded it...and when I replied yes, proudly, she cackled and said "obviously"...I called to complain when i entered the establishment I was there to do business with;( about the woman clearly representing the business;that I've been to in the past ) and "Julie "answered the phone. I asked to speak to the owner and she screamed " I am the owner fag, now what are you gonna do?' cackled said she was calling 911 because I was now harassing her! This is crazy! I've never had anyone do anything like this before and would like an explanation and why this is ok ? ..and I was actually told the person is Kimmy...not Julie. Not kewl...
