Arthur's Pizza — Restaurant in Dunn

I don't know how to add the pictures yet I'm going to try to post them to their Facebook I've just had the most horrifying events I've ever had dealing with any kind of restaurant anywhere it is my grandson's birthday I went and got him from Wilson he wanted pizza we ordered a large pepperoni pizza with lite sauce extra cheese I also ordered a steak and cheese sub when I asked what came on the sub sub I was told mushrooms onions and green peppersI asked for no green peppers no mushrooms and extra cheese when I received the pizza and the sandwich the pizza was burnt two of the sliceswere not able to be eaten there was no extra cheese and the sandwich when it came it it did not have mushrooms or green peppersjust the onions and these other ingredients no one told me even ,Mayonnaise ,and lettuce, tomato when I called back to the the person I spoke with told me he would take care of and fix me a pizza and a sub when I called to order all of the food back and they whoever answered tonight refuse to replace my pizza and after I was told by the manager or owner because that's who I asked for last they would and I'm going to put the pictures up here so you guys can see I'm a 50 year old woman I'm not trying to get over on a sub shop for one topping pizza and a sandwich just wanted it right like I ordered and paid for I guess that's too much to ask so I ask for my money back. And was told unless I could bring all of the food back I couldn't get it or another pizza or a sandwich so I asked him to please let me explain but he refused and won't give or a correct pizza or sandwich I know this may be Petty but that was $32 that I didn't get to enjoy of my money which is very hard to come by thanks for listening please spread the word don't use your hard-earned money in there because if they get your order wrong or burn it up you will not...

I called at 9:30 to order a to go order. the server on the other end of the phone was not professional and definitely not accommodating... Never asked me how I wanted the cheesesteak that I ordered... I had to tell her that I wanted it with fried onions and mayonnaise.never asked me if I wanted fries so I got the chips that came with it.and definitely not what I'm used to.while we were on the phone I felt like she just wanted to hurry up and hang up because it was getting close to closing 10:30.... As far as the sandwich itself, I'm very disappointed period yes the bun is toasted, but there is hardly any cheese on this burger and it hardens on top very easily. The onions were huge, not like I've ever had and the meat was very tough. this will be my last visit. It's a shame because it's close and convenient...

We ate here after we completed the Dunn-Erwiin Rail Trail with Troop 11 from Goldsboro. We were famished and ready to eat, and Arthur's Pizza did not disappoint! We were immediately greeted by a friendly staff and promptly attended to. Drinks came very quickly and they kept coming. I ordered the Steak Calzone and my son ordered the medium sized Pepperoni Supreme pizza. Both entrees were more than we could finish in a sitting and the waitress happily provided a to-go box for us.

The food was absolutely delicious! Big flavors and the crust was perfectly baked, not too over-done, but crispy. The portions and quality of the food make this a terrific value for the price.

The restaurant was very clean, including the restroom (male).
