Mi Casita Erwin Rd — Restaurant in Dunn

A week ago, I placed a call to the restaurant for a shrimp cocktail and asked for "NO" hot peppers, and I got a lot of peppers in it. I called them to complain and they took my phone number and said the next time that I order, they would give me 15% off my next order. So, I was satisfied, they offered to take it right. Today, I placed a take out order for shrimp cocktail and asked for "NO" hot peppers at all, due to having a reaction to hot peppers. When I got home and took the lid off, the entire top layer was cut up "Raw" hot peppers, at least 2 whole peppers covering the entire top of the cocktail. You could not see the cocktail for all the diced hot peppers on top. This was an act to purposely show me, they do not care about a paying customer and responded to my compliant as an "in your face", reaction. Horrible service. Waitress first told us that the item we ordered only came with rice or beans, when the menu clearly said rice and beans. She refused to give us both. Second, we asked for more chips, and never received them. Other customers were getting frustrated as well. The food came out, and 2 of us didn't receive the beans we ordered. We told her, and she said she would get them(like it was a burden) but still never got them. Never got refills- all our drink cups were empty. She said she would take the beans off the receipt but she didn't. When we took our receipt to the front, we asked for her to take the beans off since we didn't receive them, but she didn't. I went with some friends and none of us were impressed. The food is good but, it's not the best. I ordered a fajita lunch special and it's supposed to come with guacamole but there was a teaspoons worth of it just smeared in the lettuce.

There were flies everywhere and it was honestly off putting.

The margaritas.... weren't worth what they charge. As someone who is super sensitive to alcohol, I may as well have been drinking a box of juice. I've been to places where one margarita is definitely enough for me and, for the size they are at Mi Casita, it was really disappointing.
