Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dunwoody

Made a mobile order. When I came to the window, the cashier didn't ask for my name, instead she thrust a receipt in my face and asked me if that was my order. I had to read the tiny paper to confirm that it was. Then she hands me the food portion and that little paper, and goes about her business. I had to ask her about the drink, and she's like "oh you had a drink too?", like she didn't just ask me to read over the receipt. I had to hand her back that paper, so she could have the drink made. Then About three more employees show up at the window, all confused about my order. One woman yells to another employee my order and he starts on it. Immediately I can tell it was going to to be wrong. I asked for "less ice" and he filled the cup up. Then I get handed the drink, and there's no whipped cream. It's on that paper that I requested it. Then I hand it back, and they returned it with whipped cream, with caramel drizzle. I DETEST CARAMEL! So I know I didn't order it. She just randomly added it on. I try to scrape the top off, and took a sip. It was the NASTIEST drink I ever tasted. Was so burnt, like charcoal. And then I tasted the sandwich, also burnt tasting. And there are black speckles all over it. Literally tasted like it was thrown on a grill at the end of a 4th of July BBQ. I couldn't eat that either. I had noticed on the window they had an 87 rating. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE. The food was gross and the employees have no idea what's going on. It was literally my first order after signing up for the DD Perks program. Needless to say, I'll stick...

I hate, hate, HATE this Dunkin'! They're rude, never get your order right and the food(outside of the donuts) is only subpar(understandably not this location's fault). This is the closest Dunkin' to my office on the way to work, so I stop here, unfortunately, fairly frequently to grab breakfast or a dozen of donuts for the office. This morning my husband and I came in needing 4 dozen donuts, a couple of breakfast items(hash browns and a bowl) and coffees. The cashier(doesn't matter who it is, but today it was the manager) rarely ever listens enough to get our order correct. We pay, get our donuts and wait for the food. The bowl comes out with no hash browns. We ask where they are. The food preparer points at us and says "You pay for the hash browns." Umm, that's not how you tell me he didn't ring me up for something I asked for. And WHY are you pointing? Oh, because you're rude. The manager indicates he didn't ring us up for them and then stops the line to make sure he charges us a dollar for the hash browns. We just gave y'all $50 and you're trippin' about $1? Final straw. We won't be back. I'll drive further out of the way for a better experience at...

Stopped into this location this morning to get an iced coffee and a sandwich for breakfast! I ordered a Mocha iced coffee and a Sweet Sriracha Bacon Sandwich.

For the mocha iced coffee, I did ask for cream and sugar. I'm not sure how much sugar they added, but it was a little sweeter than I'd like my coffee to be. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed the little energy pick me up for the day!

The sweet sriracha bacon sandwich was just DELICIOUS! The sugar and sriracha mix was a perfect combination of flavors which blended very well with the saltiness from the bacon. The sandwich is made with a croissant which they heat up!

Overall, my experience was excellent! I went inside to order, because the drive thru line was backed up. After I ordered I received my drink and sandwich within 3-5 minutes which was very quick being that they were very busy at the drive thru. The employee that took my order was very friendly! He welcomed me in and let me know that my order would be right out when I paid for my food and drink. Keep up the excellent...
