The burger was below average I wish they would’ve mentioned that that it’s spicy very spicy. Actually the Polish sausage and the hotdog were also very spicy. The hotdog and the sausage was burnt The only good thing that I could say is that the place is clean and two of the guys were friendly, the lady upfront, who took my order was weird she was reading me back the burgers with what they didn’t have on them, which didn’t make no sense. I just wanted to know what was on them. not my style probably won’t come back I prefer Shake shack (disappointed) I heard great things about this place cost $68 bucks for 4 people drinks not included

Because you replied with lies We didn’t throw any trash on the ground. You have no place to eat. Or sit, we had to eat in our car you guys offer picnic tables Outside and it was raining So where can I possibly leave trash besides in my car! Yes, you did offer to remake it. One burger out of four. I would recommend the update the menu or at least tell your customers that everything you have is spicy!. and maybe teach the lady upfront how to talk to customers

She explained what I didn’t have on them, which I made her repeat twice to confirm because she was so confusing The way she explained it to me was very weird

Which obviously means you don’t care about customer privacy

Also, if you have any proof of me, making a mess at your gas station Please prove it

There’s definitely some cause for concern here, your attitude, and the fact that you put my credit card information on Google reviews

I also read quite a few of your reviews. Those replies you left for some of them are absolutely awful. I can’t believe you would have such a bad attitude with people like that.

Google is for giving your experience And to rate your experience I don’t care how passionate you are about your cheeseburger you’re not supposed to attack your customers And then put their credit card information online!,

I’ve noticed you show some traits of narcissistic behavior, and it seems like you’re trying to gaslight me I’m not sure what type of relationship you have with your cashier, but obviously not a healthy one Nobody’s lying about their name here my husband is Tom we shared the email The only way you got my first name is because you took it off my credit card transaction which is against privacy policy But it doesn’t surprise me that you would violate that Every negative review that you received you have attacked them personally!. My husband came home all excited about a burger joynt in a gas station. (Sometimes some of the BEST food can be found in gas stations!) I was intrigued!! We arrived at the Chevron gas station a little late, and the line was lloooooonnggg! I mean it was wrapped around the gas station like a lasso! We jumped in at the back of the line and waited. (They have it down to a science because we didn’t wait at long. Honestly, I thought we’d be ordering after they closed, but that didn’t happen)!

They make sure to tell you that their patties are 2.75 ounces, but I couldn’t picture in my head what that would look like after the burger was cooked; you lose about a quarter of the weight because the fat and water content renders out.

The menu says you can get “sassy sauce” on your burger, but no other condiments come standard. We got fries and both of us got drinks. The slushies are my fav, so I got a big one.

The single is $5, and since this was our first visit, we decided to play it safe…just in case.

My take on the NFA burger: There’s nuthin’ special here. It’s a little bit of meat smashed into almost oblivion. I could hardly discern the meat patty because the bun (while tasty) overpowered the meat.

The “sassy sauce” appeared to be nothing more than Sriracha and mayo mixed together and there’s so little of that, that I could hardly call it sassy. There’s no sting, no bite, no nuthin’, and since no other condiments come with the burger, I felt like that was a miss. For me The burger was just average.

The little basket of fries were spot on! Not everybody can make good fries! And it was enough that we could share and still have plenty between us.

My feedback about how the runners bring your order to the waiting cars:

GET A REGISTER THAT PRINTS OUT A BIG NUMBER WITH THE RECEIPT! OR BUY THE BIG PLASTIC CARDS THAT HAVE NUMBERS PRINTED ON THEM! If you don’t want to spend the money for that; rip everyday copy paper, lined paper, construction paper into quarters and SCRIBBLE a number on it, and have your patrons put it on the dash or a window so that your runners are NOT running around that large back area trying to find a specific car...

Absolutely disgusting. The owner obviously is more concerned about the store front and forgot what got them started. First off the workers are absolutely chewing and eating while fixing food and that's just absolutely horrible. The lady who making the sandwiches up is literally wiping her mouth with her hands as she's working I can't make this up and it sucks. I had to ask for a whole refund. The attitude from the workers is almost racist. Will never ever come here. And my kind especially should spend the money elsewhere!!!!! Pathetic service!!!!!

Reply to owner. It's amazing for someone that was basically lying you definitely responded with more than necessary response wouldn't you say... So hey you are a liar. I seen the Latino or Hispanic lady whichever she is that makes sandwiches definitely wiped her mouth with her gloves. Also it was plain as day her and the Hispanic lady that bags up the food both were chewing. Also I came there about 3 times and thought your food was good so I have no reason to lie. Why would I not say this the other three times I came. Again like I said you can say what you want on here but bet you want show the video lol. She looked at me as if I were outta my mind for wanting a refund. Instead of me causing a stir or even making other uncomfortable by saying it out loud. I just asked for a refund and made sure people know the truth. Had the staff been more clean we wouldn't be here!!!!!!!. One guy didn't even have on a beard net and I said nothing about that. So glad I see I've spent my hard earned money at the wrong establishment. Again consumers let's make these restaurants earn our continued coins because of us you are where you are sir. So thanks for showing just how egotistical you are!!! And you're correct she wiped it with her wrist which is part of the hand and arm and still disgusting. You can't spin this.
