Overall I give this place a 1 star. I ordered beer cheese and pretzels. The beer cheese wasn’t too bad, but the pretzel came out Luke warm and slightly hard. If you want good beer cheese and pretzel experience I would suggest taking this beer cheese and buying an auntie Anne’s pretzel. Next up kids cheese pizza. This thing was horrible. The crust and cheese was burnt and the cheese didn’t even cover all of the sauce. Fry some wonder bread with butter, toss some marinara sauce and cheese and you’ll have a better red sauce-cheese-bread experience. Next is the spicy aloha bbq. I had high hopes for this. This brought me memories of when I was a kid and my dad would throw left over Safeway garlic bread on the charcoal grill and burn it to a crisp. The crust was dry and burnt, cheese was thin and dry, vegetables looked and tasted like they were straight from a can. As for the BBQ, it was just blotted over the top. I consider myself somewhat of a human garbage disposal, but even I decided not to eat this all. My wife got the fettuccini Alfredo, I tried it. The chicken and noodles were extremely bland. I will say I’ve been here before in previous years and it was a 4ish star rating. I like pizza. I’ve had a lot of pizza in my time. I would rate this pizza below Pizza Hut. Do yourself a favor and walk across the street to McNamara’s. Waaaaay better food. Shepherd’s pie is delicious.

Stopped by Farrelli's Pizza in DuPont for lunch and had an absolutely fantastic experience! I decided to go with the Northwest Traditional on their personal pizza size, and it did not disappoint. The crust was impeccably crispy on the outside, yet soft and chewy on the inside, creating the perfect foundation for the toppings. The blend of cheeses was flavorful and melted to perfection, complementing the fresh, high-quality toppings that Farrelli's is known for. What really set this visit apart, though, was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive, making my dining experience even more enjoyable. The ambiance of the DuPont location is cozy and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a casual lunch. Farrelli's has clearly mastered the art of pizza making, but it's their attention to customer experience that will keep me coming back. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a top-notch pizza and a pleasant dining environment!

We came by for lunch on a Tuesday, and besides a large military party, it was pretty empty and we were seated right away. We ordered two personal pizzas and were happy to see that a free salad came with it at lunch time. My kids ordered the mac and cheese (which has a free upgraded option available) and the boneless chicken wings, and both were a good amount of food. My father in law ordered a coffee and unfortunately it came almost ice cold. I noticed on the kids menu, it says they provide dough to play with and a balloon for the kids to have. I guess you have to ask about those because neither were offered. I also asked if the carrots would come with it, like the menu says, and was asked, will they actually eat them? I understand not wanting to waste but it was a little weird getting asked that. One other thing, I heard the table next to us complaining about a hair they found in their calzone. So that definitely made us more aware of our own food.

We have been coming to this Farrelli's location since 2017. We've always had a 4-5 star experience. However, the last two months this place has been having a lot of troubles. We visited once in May and everything was great. Then we came on a week night in June and it was terrible. The dining room had no AC working, which had never been an issue in the past. For whatever reason they were running the completely full dining room with only 2 servers. One of the servers has worked there a long time and is always amazing. The poor server could not keep their head above water. Over 45 minutes went by before they could even come check on us. We were out of everything and burning in the heat. Repeatedly they sat our server who had to greet new tables and completely ignore ours. Finally had to stand up in the middle of the dining room and wave someone down so we could cash out. Our food was good despite all of this, but it was horrible dine in service. It was really surprising and I figured the whole experience was a fluke. We had never had an experience like that before.

So about a month later we decided to give it another try. Well again here in the middle of summer the dining room has no AC. It was almost 90 out that day and it was miserable inside. Apparently the bar has working AC, but the dining room side is broken. Not sure if they are planning to repair it, but that's a big issue in a restaurant with a hot kitchen. Can't imagine what the cooks are going through. Then again, on a Saturday evening, they are running the entire dining room with only 2 servers. Our server was great doing their best to keep up. We placed our orders strategically knowing we may not get checked on again for a long time, but it was frustrating. This time our pizzas came out, one burnt and the other completely fine. It was too busy to send it back, but the food suffered on this occasion. Seems like it's going from a restaurant to a cafeteria. The service feels that way too.

I have spent so much money at this restaurant over the years. The food is not cheap and is usually really good and worth the money. Always tip my servers well. We will not be back for awhile. Honestly hope they can get it together with the AC and lack of servers. Once the food starts going down that's never a good sign. We have always loved Farrelli's so would be nice to...

UPDATE My wife and I went back tonight, she loves a certain appetizer. We just happened to have the same server from the last International Pizza Day last November. Wow, his narcissism flared up immediately! I filed a complaint then too. He was just as surprised to see us as we were him. How he is still working there blows my mind. He didn't waste any time asking why we came back. We were silent. He continued to talk about how we lied in our last review, then asked why I left a tip. Also, we are not complainers. We spent many years in the service industry and are very good tippers because that pays the rent. We also, usually, don't post a review unless the service or food is amazing, or in this kind of situation. I told him. "Out of pity." He responds, "I...WE don't need your pity." He was desperate for words at this point. He didn't even attempt to apologize for any of the interactions or the poor service from our previous experience. His ego is soooooo huge that he held a grudge all this time just waiting for this moment that blew up in his face. Apparently, he gets his strength from verbally tearing people, primarily woman, in half. Unfortunately for him, my wife is smarter than he is. All of this could have been avoided if hadn't chosen to pick a fight with my wife who did not provoke his unwarranted hostility. I saved my last review knowing that someone goes through and deletes anything that would leave a blemish on their name.

A manager reached out to me the last time and asked for my address to send me coupons for free pizza. I told her to just email me the coupons...I never heard from her again. Curious, right? I'm surprised that the company would keep someone around who blatantly, loudly, disrespects their customers.

I will be going over the GM and reporting these situations to...

We moved to the area back in Oct of 2021. This place was recommended by friends. When we first started eating here, we loved it so much that when family and friends came to visit, we always took them out to eat here. It became a tradition. But back in Nov of 22, my parents were visiting for Thanksgiving, so we decided to do a phone order because they didn't want to go out. I placed a phone order, and I was assured of my request that the order would be what I wanted. When I got there, it was not done completely right. So I requested what was missing, only to hear a kitchen employees rude remarks to my request from in the kitchen even though I agreed to pay the extra for what I requested. I finally gave up and left. Last week, we tried eating there again with friends, but the service and food were terrible to the point. I we will not be eating at that location again. We have tried several of the locations, but we liked this one so much that it became our favorite. We chose this one because the service, staff, and food were the best. When we ate there last week, the food was awful, as was our server. Took forever to get our appetizers, which was not good, and when I requested my favorite sauce when placing my order, I still had to ask again because it did not come with the appetizers. As well our server never came back to see if we needed anything or refills after our pizza arrived,by the way was delivered to our table by someone else which, by the way, was so awful we didn't even eat half of the two pizzas we had ordered and refused to take the rest home. It's was ridiculous that we paid over $100.00 and left still hungry because the food was so bad. Would not recommend this location. The only thing I can guess is it's different service staff and they changed kitchen...
