Wow, what a find! Tucked away up on North Main, you'll find the cutest little food truck court. The day I stopped by, I decided to give Adoughbe Pizza (with a name that clever how could I pass it up) a try. The wood fired crust is cooked to perfection, the quality and freshness of ingredients come through in every tasty bite, super friendly service (from the owner Louie), and the prices are truly affordable. Perfect for travels staying at any one of the nearby hotels or famished skiers after a day on the slopes. Adoughbe offers a nice selection of vegetarian and carnivore options, as well as a gluten-free crust option. After a long day on the narrow gauge railroad, I was looking forward to a nice dinner. I ordered the wedge salad and asked for chicken to be added to it. I wish I'd remembered to take a photo. That was the smallest amount of chicken ever and the owners should be embarrassed. It was equal to maybe a 1/4 of a small tuna fish can, and just as shredded into mincemeat. I know I looked at the guy who handed me my salad like "You've got to be kidding me" since they'd charged me extra. $19.07 for a wedge of lettuce and microscopic amount of chicken. Never again. ...

Best pizza I’ve ever had! We got a special pizza with mozzarella and fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, garlic and wildcrafted chanterelle mushrooms found near purgatory. It was phenomenal!! A gourmet experience. Staff and owner were friendly and accommodating, making a true effort to get us exactly what we wanted.
