Unfortunately for me, the flavors and offerings missed the mark. When I think of a French patisserie I expect to see a mix of sweet, savory pastries as well as gateau. The offerings here were 90% savory and the dough was too heavy for a traditional light French pastry.

One of my favorites, the green chile and micro greens, worked amazingly; a strong green chile flavor and a slight heat that wasn’t over powering. It melted my heart originally being from Albuquerque. The chocolate croissant is a favorite but I can't tell you my ultimate favorite because it sells out so quickly and if I keep spreading the word I will never get any.
