Ordered one of their iced featured drinks and they didn’t have the ingredients to make it-which is fine. I had to order something on the fly. Once it came out, the drink was a hot beverage- not what was ordered. The server was quick to shut the window and be done with her only customers. Had to sit in the drive through for a while in order to get someone’s attention to ask for them to make it iced. It took an absurd amount of time for them to just pour the already made drink into a cup of ice. The drink came out way too sweet to even drink and ended up just immediately throwing away.
