I made my order online and was expecting to go thru the drive thru and receive it in a time fashion. I get to the window and she asks me to drive up as the order isn’t ready be mindful it took a while just to get to the window due to the car in front of me. I ask her how long will that be since I placed online and have been waiting for the other car to get their order she said they had a lot of orders regarding jalapeño poppers and they are cooking more.. kind you again there was ONE car ahead and people inside that were already eating. I’m like alright; I drive ahead and wait. I’m waiting and I’m waiting. I finally go in and request a refund after waiting for a HOUR FOR SOME DAMN POPPERS. The girl get the manager Trenton( who was nice). He’s asking why did it take so long for the order and one of the girls said .. “I told her to go give the lady her order” . I was sitting waiting for no one to give me my damn order. He apologized and provided me the number to call b/c they can’t refund the money. This is sooooo unprofessional. I get on the phone with a rep who was nice but unfortunately I was beyond annoyed and she began the process which involved giving them my entire information (number, mailing address and etc.) just to get a refund and said it’ll take 5-7 business days and if I do not receive it then I NEED TO CALL BACK. I have never had any problems with this Arby’s; they are slow but never this slow or...
Read moreI had not been to Arby's in years and it is not a particularly common staple restaurant in the Bay area so I don't find myself with the option for it too often. On my way home one evening I decided to stop in on one purely on a whim. After looking over the menu for a bit I decided on the barbecue bacon sandwich which I believe was a roast beef sandwich. After taking the sandwich home to eat in the comfort of my own quarters I realize that they had neglected to include the apple turnover that I had ordered with my sandwich and called the restaurant to let them know. they were very polite about it took my name and allowed me to come back to pick it up at a later time which I did. As the writing of this review I can say that the apple turnover was indeed tasty and worth the return to pick up. The sandwich itself, was surprisingly good. The barbecue sauce did not appear to be overdone or drowning of the meat. The bun, which I am generally worried about some fast food chains because the breads tend to overwhelm the meats, was quite soft and did not overpower the sandwich itself. I came away from that experience relatively impressed, and although I am not rushing back to Arby's to either have another one or two try something different should it be a recommended stop in present company I wouldn't turn my nose up at it and would be willing to try more...
Read moreYou have to be somewhat psychic to know whether or not the person staring at you from the cash register is actually talking to you or talking to the drive-thru. When attempting to order after they said "what you want", when we started to speak the person instantly informed us that they were talking to drive-through instead. then while not looking at us and not in front of a register said "what you want" when we didn't say anything they asked again and look directly at us. We started to tell them and they didn't bring any of it up, we asked if they wanted us to wait and they informed us that they'll remember everything that we said. When we try to order a number of items, they appeared confused like they didn't know of such a item. The people on the back where apparently having some kind of talent competition, we don't know who won but for that bracket the competition looked fierce... Had concerns that the people busy with winning this local competition would not have the spare time to follow proper hygiene protocol or Arby's protocol in order to make the food. Though the seating area looked relatively clean, the back of the house was a slightly different story. We decided it would be best to let these people continue with what they were busy with and...
