If I could give "0" stars I would! As a former manager of Bojangles, this was the worst service ever!!! I ordered a Super Tailgate Special with plates and 6 cups of ice! Ms E (I won't post your name) at the drive thru handed me a cup without a cup holder! I said can I get one and that's when she did so! NEVER got my plates! Didn't get the correct condiments that I asked for in the speaker! There was NO hello or thank you...nor smile! DO YALL REALIZE THAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE THE REASON YOU HAVE A JOB???? No customers, no money, BUSINESSES CLOSE!!!! My biscuits were in the same box as the chicken š¤¦š¾āāļøsince when do we do this??? And to make matters worse, there were only 4 in the box! Yep I checked before leaving drive thru! I wish I would pay almost $40 for food for my kids and get home to only have to come back! Get your stuff together MANAGEMENT!!! Too many workers were leaning and talking! They're a DIRECT reflection of you! I WON'T BE BACK! Calling Corporate ASAP!!!
