Bojangles — Restaurant in Durham

If I could give "0" stars I would! As a former manager of Bojangles, this was the worst service ever!!! I ordered a Super Tailgate Special with plates and 6 cups of ice! Ms E (I won't post your name) at the drive thru handed me a cup without a cup holder! I said can I get one and that's when she did so! NEVER got my plates! Didn't get the correct condiments that I asked for in the speaker! There was NO hello or thank you...nor smile! DO YALL REALIZE THAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE THE REASON YOU HAVE A JOB???? No customers, no money, BUSINESSES CLOSE!!!! My biscuits were in the same box as the chicken 🤦🏾‍♀️since when do we do this??? And to make matters worse, there were only 4 in the box! Yep I checked before leaving drive thru! I wish I would pay almost $40 for food for my kids and get home to only have to come back! Get your stuff together MANAGEMENT!!! Too many workers were leaning and talking! They're a DIRECT reflection of you! I WON'T BE BACK! Calling Corporate ASAP!!!

yet another failure of Triarc's early closing hours they put in place during 2020 and haven't reinstated. it's been years, there's no reason for your restaurants to still close at 9. because placing a $50 online order with multiple screw ups means absolutely nothing to these folks apparently! usually I alleviate problems by going in the lobby, where it's much easier to get everything fixed. in the drive thru (only option after 9pm), you have to sit there and sort out boxes in your lap to make sure everything is right. sure enough it still wasn't - how on earth is this dirty rice? workers were rude, disrespectful, and insulting when asking to accommodate requests. a miserable experience, this franchise's standards have fallen so far. even Popeyes...

I love Bojangles but it’s not the place to go if u expect your order to be correct. It’s never correct . Either something will be left out or something extra will be included . The country ham biscuit is so thin, u can see thru the ham . I paid $5.86 for 2 biscuits so I feel I should have gotten 2 thin slices on each biscuit but I didn’t . The staff is nice and friendly . Some have been working there for the past 20 years or so. There needs to be a second person checking each order before it’s handed thru the window . By the time I get to work and discover what’s missing , I’m 10 miles away and can’t go back.
