So, fyi before I get into this review. I have been a LOYAL customer to this location for years now but now, things seem to be going "crazy" now.
So, this started around my birthday month this July. I ordered a medium pan pizza (with alot of different cheeses) and some cheesy tots. The cheesy tots were great but I could tell my pizza was missing a few cheese toppings I ordered. I thought nothing of it and was like: "You know, this is a first for them, it's all good." Then, fast forward to August 14th. Was having a bad day so, why not order some pizza right? So, I ordered a XL Brooklyn Pizza with some cheesy tots (keep in mind, I ordered the same I got on my birthday month which had "Alfredo Sauce, Cheddar Cheese Blend, Shredded Provolone Cheese" no veggies/no onions no peppers). My pizza was good but my Tots had onions and peppers on them. Can't eat peppers. Why didn't I take a picture or call them you say? It was late...it was a rough week...give me break okay? So, I ended up giving them to my roommate and I applied for a free pizza redeem.
Now...fast forward to today. I decided to redeem my free pizza (cheese pizza similar to my pizza I had for my birthday month) and decided to add one of their amazing Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich to the mix. Just got my pizza and sandwich. Sandwich was right but...my pizza...out of all my times ordering at this Dominos...i've NEVER had a pizza this bad (other pizza locations? Sure i've had bad but this location NEVER has messed anything up). This time, I took a picture (will post it). Some may even think this pizza doesn't look bad but in my years of ordering from this location...this IS bad. I even left a review. I'm leaving one here now. Why am I complaining? What will this review do? Well..maybe this location will come back to its great roots it once had. The Dominos location I LOVED ordering at that never got my order wrong or messed it up. Read moreNot sure about the negative reviews, I have ordered from this Domino's around ten times in the past few months, they always arrive no matter the time or day fast! The food is always so hot I easily burn the roof of my mouth and it's got good taste to whatever I order! I have ordered from every single pizza place both national chains and small town chains all have taken an hour or just plain forgot about my order and/or the food is cold or horrible. Randy's gave me food poisoning twice! Pizza Hut forgot my order once, and I tried today to give them a second chance the order stated 1hr and 30mins to delivery and then they called and said they were out of Hand-Tossed and Pan Pizza! How incompetent does their leadership have to be to not have enough supplies ordered on hand for a city which is a college town? Papa Johns typically take well over an hour no matter what! Domino's has yet to fail me, good food, fast and they are polite! They even followed up with me and thanked me for my kind words in a prior delivery feedback. The drivers are always polite and friendly and that's why I always tip near 50% of the order price! The staff at this Domino's rocks! The night manager Goss is very disrespectful and unprofessional.I ordered a pizza and a Philly cheese steak sub after nearly an hour and twenty minutes my order said it had been delivered however I never received a pizza. After talking to the night manager he stated that the pizza was on the way. I waited another 30 minutes then call again and let him know I never received my pizza. He then told me it was nothing he could do after arguing back and forth he offered me a free pizza however I do not wish to ever bring my business back to dominos franchise. A "free" pizza does not equate to the amount of money spent, nor do I wish to use your services ever again. It's shocking that had to negotiate receiving my refund this is unbelievably unbecoming of any business! Ideally a business at fault should accommodate the customer for any miss handled order if they wish to devolp returning customers. I am highly upset. Don't ever order from especially nccu students!
