It was very good till I got home N the order was incorrect apparently they changed owners stated I to come back right then I'm disabled N wasn't able to return right then if a mistake is made I don't think myself or anyone else should have to just eat it. This is not the 1st time I got the wrong thing. I'm used to things being corrected N sent right out or name kept for another day. I just moved to Durham from Raleigh and I have ordered quit a bit from your company. I don't think that rule should change. Most places make it correctly N brings it to you. Most people can't just drive back to the location especially if they have kids or other issues If you look at my history my order doesn't change much I understand they were busy but replacing incorrect orders should not be left to the consumer some people save up 5 pizza night My applanices are not hooked up so I've ordered quit a bit from U plus your delivery fee is more than where I moved from. So stating that the customer has to come right back or lose the order is just wrong I got home and took my meds can not under any circumstances drive after taking them therefore I shouldn't be penalized 4 that I don't get out much or even go to that part of town. It was put in the system to get later I appreciate that but disappointed that I had to go through that Just consider your clientele everyone doesn't lie or try to get free things I just want what I ordered not something I can't...

Out of 8 bone in chicken wings, all were drums except 2 and i prefer more flats than just 2, atleast 4, since i do not even like the drums anyways… so i called and explained my dilemma and he said “that they just throw in whatever.” Well he said they have to come pick up the wings in order to switch them out. I said that was fine but can I get all flats then (for the inconvenience) and he said NO, i cannot guarantee what they will give you. I would have been ok with 4 and 4 from the start, but he was rude to me the entire call! Not to even mention when I asked him why my coupon was supposed to be $5.99 for the wings, and he said it was $6.99 and I told him to look at the receipt because I was charged $7.99 for the wings. (They were gross and fatty anyways, almost seemed microwaved not baked. My opinion.) He didn’t even know the price, and since he was so unprofessional about the entire situation with an attitude and rudeness from the start of the call, I just called back and said I will not be ordering from that store again and will call corporate because of his bad customer service. He said he did not care who I called or that I would not be ordering from there again. That man is bad for business. I will definitely take mine elsewhere. I would give a -5 star or 0 star if I could....

Brandon, who is not just the manager, but the DISTRICT manager, returned from a delivery, spit in the parking lot, wiped his mouth, entered Dominos....and returned to preparing pizzas......WITHOUT washing his hands. Even after I brought it to his attention, he completed his task and THEN washed them for what still wasn’t a sufficient amount of time. He was dismissive with my concerns and hesitant to provide me contact information for his direct report. I am confident that he is well aware of the importance of hand washing. He commented that no one had ever gotten sick from that location! Huh? Are we supposed to get sick before you adhere to basic protocol? Is it not reasonable to expect food workers to WASH HANDS?!!! I am thoroughly disgusted, and unfortunately, he has ruined a quick meal fix for my children that love Domino’s with everything in them!! We definitely won’t be eating from this location EVER again!!
