Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Durham

I called in for a piece of domino's fail to reach their customer service obligation upon delivering a Pizza. Call for a Pizza to be delivered. They gave me they gave me the time, how long it would take for the Pizza to come to me? I said, okay, I'm paying cash. Over a couple of years, I've been ordering my Pizza from Domino. 's and this is the first time then someone tried to tell me that they delivered a Pizza. While me sitting here waiting waiting and waiting for it, and I called back to tell them no. The Pizza was not delivered. I'm sitting here waiting for the Pizza. Well they sent him was delivered and he said I said how I could be delivered. I wouldn't be calling to. You know if the Pizza wasn't delivered? So now the person who asked a phone, it's gonna act like, well, it's a problem about me complaining about the service. Oh well, we we can send another one out. No, absolutely. You know it's up to you one way or the other. At first I told him, yes, then I thought about that, I said, wait a minute, I don't know. I don't know if I can trust that that piece is gonna be with the way it's supposed to be. So I called back and I can't it, but yet I'm still getting national add to oh, well, you now you try to accuse me of something which I just don't trust. My piece is gonna be the way it's supposed to be. Especially this time of day, the way people are today. So now I'm gonna never had to work on me ordering another piece of feather in my whole entire life. Thank you for...

I love my Dominos on Cole Mill, and would give 5 stars in a heartbeat bc of their excellent drivers and bc i always use delivery,my food is ALWAYS perfect! Quick and yummy fix for nights im to tired to cook...However-i forgot to enter my credit card number a few wks ago and called the store to fix this..The young girl that answered said "Did you order a pizza with"..ectra and all of what she said was correct with the exception of 1 item so not only did she tell me that wasn't my order, she yelled at me slamming the phone to put me on hold..Came bk to phone and tells me she now has my order..??? So i obviously say"I tried to tell you this bt you got upset and wouldn't let me talk" also explaining i didn't like her attitude...so she screams at me,and hangs up! I call bk just to be hung up on 3 more times! So, the delivery driver shows up and the 1st thing he says is how sorry he is...its ashame HE had to apologize..Anyway if you order delivery i say 5 stars, but if you order carryout? I would definitely not recommend..This is by far the first time iv been rude to by this same girl, but this last time was the worst..delivery drivers and cooks are the greatest. But the other staff are incredibly rude....

This store used to be great. I could order a pizza - and it would be ready and waiting for me in less than the 12 min it takes to drive to the store. The last 3 times i have ordered the service has been horrible. They were serving people behind me in line whose orders came out after mine while I stand there in the front of the line looking at my order in the shelf. Finally received my food 38 min after I ordered.

Project time was 15 min. I got to store and they hadn't even started it. I waited another 25 min for food.

Last night. Projected time was 17 min. When i got there they still hadn't started it. Told me it would be a few more minutes. I sat down waited patiently... and listened to them joking around for 20 min. One customer came in during this time. Go up to counter and see my food sitting on shelf- they never told me it was ready. They say it just came out and they said they have been really busy... Busy goofing off is the reality. Will be ordering from Hillsborough store next time. Its an extra 5 min away but by my estimates it will probably be...
