I was traveling through durham on my way to work in Cary from visiting some family in virgina. I am a frequent customer at dunkin donuts and always enjoy their iced lattes. So after having traveling over 4 and a half hours I really needed a pick me up to finish the drive and be able to make it at work for the next 8 hours. So I ordered and large ice caramel latte with an extra turbo shot. I knew that it was going to be expensive but I figured it be with it. After I drive off I put the straw in and took a sip of a latte that did not taste like the others I normally recieve. It tasted like harsh, old coffee and had no caramel in it what's so ever. But like I said I was heading to work so I didn't have time to turn around. I called and politely explained what I had received and just asked if I could be refunded, she (I want to say her name was jesica) explained over the phone that they physically cannot refund anything without having the card in person. Which I understood and she offered that I come back anytime and recieve a free drink. But with living in raleigh and having no friends or family in durham there will unlikely be an instance where I am traveling through durham. But that's all she could apparently offer me. I am just truelly disappointed that there wasnt more they could offer me? And working in customer service myself, I always try to turn an unsatisfied customers day around and be the hero and go above and beyond to try and fix the situation. I spent quite a bit of money on a beverage I now can't even enjoy, and will likely have to go purchase another coffee elsewhere. Even if she could have offered me to go to pick up my free drink any time at a dunkin donuts in raleight that would have made me happy. I am just truly disappointed, and it will be some time before I spend money at dunkin...
Read moreAs a disabled Veteran on this Veterans Day, I do not expect or think anyone owes me anything. I will say if you don't like your job then go find another place to work because the nasty attitude of the lady I dealt with at 7:30 this morning that was working the register on Veterans Day was so piss poor and probably the worst treatment I've ever received from anybody in the United States on veterans Day ever in my life. I walked in with a smile and her attitude was just disgusting. She says what do you want and I says I'm here for the Veterans Day special and she says I don't even know what that is. I said it's a free donut and she responds what kind of donut you want and I say a glazed donut and she turns around and snatches that bag and throws the donut in that bag like I was doing a disservice to her and the way she handed or pushed the bag towards me is absolute filth. Young lady if it wasn't for the Veterans of this country you would not be working there. I think you need to take a step back and learn what it is to be grateful. You are a horrible representation of what...
Read moreMay 24, 2018. My order was given to me incorrectly two times. I had to circle around a total of 3 times after I realized that I was not given my change after receiving my wrong order twice. The shift manager along with the 3 people who came to the window were not remorseful, were rude and unmoved and the sloppy service. The shift manager aka(the person who made my drink incorrectly twice) in the inconvenience, lack of accuracy and mistake on their part. The window attendant was rude and sacastic and ultimately I just asked for a refund. Only after I asked to speak with the manager was an apology fully given. I asked for a refund. I am not from the area and would not return to this location due to the terrible customer service. Leadership and accountability starts from the top down it obviously made sense when I asked to speak the manager. Based on the other Comments incorrect orders is a common place here. Not with my money! This was reflected in the customer service from both the drive through workers and the shift managers response. Highly disappointed at...
