I've been coming to this location for a while and everytime I've been there untill today I've had the best experience. It's extremely disappointing for me to even write this review as I had every intention to write a great review because the service has been so great. But today I came in and placed my order for 2 philly cheesesteaks on rosemary parmesan bread. It wasn't until I arrived home which is a 20/30 minute drive away that I find out both sandwiches were made on white bread. I called the location back and explained what happened and they asked if I wanted to come back to have them remade, but as I explained I live 30 minutes away and with gas being neatly $5 a gallon who can honestly afford the time and money to do that. They then said they'd get the manager who never spoke to me personally but choose instead to have their employee relay messages as a middle man. He told me they were out of rosemary break to which I replied, don't you think that would have been important to tell me before allowing me to leave with the wrong order and he just said I'm sorry and there's nothing I can do for you. As someone who's worked in service for over 15 years I know there's plenty that could've been done. I even explained that I understand being out of the bread is a reasonable answer but not informing me was the issue and this whole negative experience could have been avoided if they just told me. But after the blatant disregard for not only intentionally making my order wrong and not even notifying me the paying customer of said change I find extremely disturbing. I will never support this location again and I say that heavily because it's convenient for me and my staff that frequent this location but you've now lost a loyal customer. On 10/30/2021, I placed an online order for 2 regular sized subs (turkey and chicken philly) on wheat bread. One sub was purchased with my credit card and the other using shore points. Subsequently, a store associate contacted me advising that the store did not have wheat bread to fulfill my order. I was advised that the manager, Jalen Luckey, would process an electronic refund to my account on 10/31/21 which would include a refund to my credit card along with reinstating the shore points. After contacting the store for 30 minutes to no avail as no one would answer the phone, I drove to the store to confirm that the refund in fact was processed. The supervisor, Reilly, was extremely unhelpful advising me that he could process a refund to my credit card yet I would have to forfeit the shore points. I advised him that that was unacceptable on several fronts including the fact that, (1) the system should not accept orders to which the store cannot fulfill, (2) this is not what I was told on 10/30/31 with respect to a refund being processed and the shore points reinstated, (3) the manager had yet to do what I was advised would be done, (4) the store was neglectful in answering the phone resulting in me having to drive to the store, and (5) Reilly was rude and disrespectful even at one point dismissing me by then and ignoring me to assist another customer instead of resolving this matter. Never did he even offer to provide a complimentary sub card which would have sufficed in lieu of reinstating the shore points. Further, after I requested the manager's schedule for 11/1/21 so that I may contact the manager directly, he refused to give it to me. Read moreFirst of all let me say I love Jersey Mike’s. However, today we mobile ordered 2 subs, the order said it would be ready at a specific time. I showed up 5 mins after said time and still had to wait 20 mins in the store. Not entirely sure why there is so much confusion when the mobile system provides all the information for the workers. The people at this location first questioned whether or not I had ordered to that store, then proceeded to act like it was my fault the order wasn’t done. Mind you while I stood in the store waiting, roughly 15 people came in and ordered in person and got their food. Not to mention at least 7 mobile orders were filled prior to me receiving my 2 subs. Food service isn’t an easy job, but customer service is. I simply received my two subs 20 mins later than promised, and both subs were made incorrectly. The gentleman that I dealt with simply offered a half hearted ‘sorry for the wait’ and handed me my screwed up order. Jersey Mike’s is great but this location is terrible.
