McDonald's — Restaurant in Durham

It was about 4:30 PM on a Wednesday of my visit. The group in front of me had been in line before me with no service. I had been in this store five minutes before their order was taken. Only one person operated a inside cash register and this was Curtis per his name tag. He was doing the best that he could which included him delivering food items ordered by previous customers to their tables. This store had 8 employees that I could view on the clock to work and a manager was in this count. It appeared to be mostly a drive-thru McDonald's. Stock had not been done the crew appeared to be having a difficult time finding items to put food in. Most of the tables were dirty. Both ketchup dispensers were empty. I hated to go to the employees working up front due to the fact that they all looked like they hated to be at work and didn't care about lobby guest. My Quarter Cheese did not have cheese on it even though clearly stated on the receipt x's 2 cheese but also ketchup only was on my receipt...maybe that's why I didn't get cheese. My fries were not fresh and hot. The burger was though (hot and fresh). Some guests were eating...but at least four tables close up front where taken by men doing simple basic Chatting. One of the men was playing a guitar at one table by himself and talking and babbling to himself. I needed to eat something so I stayed ate what I could before...

I guttered an entire house by 11:55 AM. My driver took me to this McDonald's while I was watching the roaring kitty live stream. I don't know what he got, but I just finished eating a cliff bar so I got two big Macs.

The buns were stale bro, all of em. The buns tasted like they were left on the counter in the open air for at least a day. I've eaten drywall that had more cushion to it. The patties looked like someone took a dump between two stale dried out pieces of play dough. Come on man, I just wanted lunch.

The location is the dead center of hell. There was a poor old man trying to escape the parking lot and screwing up the drive thru for like 15 minutes but that was good comic relief while waiting for 73 cars ahead of me to order.

The fries were undercooked according to my driver. His bun was also stale but looking on the bright side, I think his doctor pepper tasted normal.

I'll never eat McDonald's for the rest of my entire life because of this one single experience. I will petition my local government offices to draft legislation against this one particular location for being an abomination and a curse on mankind.

The service wasn't bad, they got the order right. They just didn't deliver the product that I was expecting. I wanted fresh buns that I could firmly hold between my muscular hands while I fulfill my...

This is the worst Mcdonalds that we EVER ate at, just like before. The 1st time we ate here, they gotten my order absolutely wrong. 2nd time, (it was on a thursday I believe), was an EPIC FAILURE . There were 2 many employees working there at one time. Every one of them was severely unprofessional and rude. Not friendly at all!!! I tried to order my food, and one of the employee interrupted another employee trying to take my order. They're able to get my order right but there were so much noise there, I'm unable hear my order being called. The dining area was the WORST I've EVER seen. I've eaten at other Mcdonalds that are much cleaner than this one. This is no ways like this one. Example:there were 2 many flies (live and dead) everywhere.Soda area wasn't clean, then I tried to get ketchup for my fries and they're out of it. Also, there was trash about everywhere and is filthy. OMG the windows were dirty as well. Lastly, OMG the parking lot is no easy access.Used to have great parking here, NOT ANYMORE!!!! You mainly have to sit in your car after finishing your meal and wait to back out. They won't let you out, you just have to be blocked in,due to the ineffective drive thru.Needs a better location for a McDonald’s. Won’t recommend this...
