I dont expect stellar service when I go to McDonalds. I grade it and the food on a bell curve and make it work when I want decently priced food quickly. So after our big move we had not had a chance to unpack cutlery...Micky Ds seemed like a good option. My son is on meds that require a meal so it was something quick before getting to work/daycare. I always go drive through but needing to feed the kid led me inside. Ordering his meal and my free coffee (thanks mcds app) was uneventful. However when my number didnt appear on the "get you food" screen, I went up to the desk where no one said anything to me twice...with a 1 yr old...so finally worrying about time and the meds I got back in the order line. It was a little busier then so finally reaching the cashier, he rightfully alerted his boss "Brett" who said he'd called my number several times and I explained I didn't hear him. He got offended and rather than cause a scene I just asked for a refund so I could get the kids some nosh elsewhere. At that point I wasn't upset. Things like this happen. He said he'd remake my food, and said he couldn't give me a time for how long it would take...repeatedly saying "I called you." I politely asked for a refund again...and he said he wouldn't give me a refund and didnt have to...So not missing a beat, I based the voice and said I would be getti g a refund. His boss came and settled the issue -perfectly decent thing to do. So Brett, here's the thing: I didn't get the food nor did I want it after your behavior. What could have been an easy transaction became a scene because you need more people skills. Next time say something like, "I'm guessing five minutes" or better yet...."here's your refund." Because when it's all said and done even though your boss came over and gave it to me...while offering me the meal free. I was done dealing with your attitude and had no intention of consuming anything that had graced your fingertips. I'm not paying for that "stank" attitude even at McDonalds prices. Why you felt you could sever me from my funds when I didn't have food to show for it I dunno. I also dont know why you had an attitude but hoping your boss sees that you need help...
Read moreWent through the drive-thru to grab dinner while on the phone via bluetooth in my car (this is relevant later). Order a burger, large fries, and apple pies. Got to the window and they didn't have the pies, which was fine as they usually don't this time of night. I just asked them to take it off. A guy comes to the window to take my payment, which is when I attempted to use a coupon for $1 large fries, and I could hear the girl (I assume manager?) groan and say she didn't want to deal with this when the window guy called her to process my coupon. Took my phone to the cafe register, which made me uneasy given the current pandemic situation, but I thought fine, I'll disinfect my phone when I get home and didn't say anything. She came back to tell me that I couldn't use the coupon because I didn't order large fries, to which I replied that I did order large fries. She rolled her eyes and walked back into the store without saying anything else to me. While I continued to wait, I asked the person I was on the phone with if I said large or medium in case I was in fact in the wrong, and she said I did say a large and the guy at the speaker repeated a large back to me. Meanwhile, I can hear the same manager saying she's tired of dealing with the register and dealing with "these people". The guy who first served me at the window came back to give me my new total, and take my card to process payment. I won't talk about the other aspects that made me somewhat uncomfortable during this interaction, but overall just an extremely unpleasant transaction and the second one within the last few months. It is McDonald's after all, but I at least expect the employees to not be rude within earshot of the customer, especially when I did nothing wrong NOR did I express any outward upset/rudeness towards them, for example when they said they didn't have the pies or told me I couldn't use the coupon for my "medium" fries when I in fact ordered a large. I'm taking this as a sign to just take my...

Also I believe the doors were open but when I was placing my mobile order with a quick reorder, the only option was drive-thru why is this?
I placed my mobile order got to the restaurant and the computers were down.
Here about 11 minutes later they say they're not responsible for giving refunds for mobile orders.
Arrived around 6:18-6:19 audio equipment at the drive-thru speakers were very dim. Was asked to come to the window. At 6:31 I finally got my food.
Is not the first time I've run into issues like this at this location. McDonald's needs to fix the problem....
13JUN2023TUE Usually no real problem with the food. But honestly this morning, my biscuit was hard, and dry, like something the character "Lisa" (on "Green Acres"), would serve.

After having a few packs of mild Picante sauce and then having to correct them for having received 2 packs of hot.
I had also said I still needed 3 packs of mustard for my SEC biscuit.
That's when I was told "We're out of mustard right now." so I thought I'd let everyone know ahead of time...
Food was hot and...
