No stars. I went through the drive thru tonight with my girlfriend I ordered a quarter pounder meal and asked for diced onion my girlfriend ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. When I pulled up to the window to pay I gave exact change and was told to pull around to the front to wait on my food.. No reciept was given. I waited for about five minutes on my food and when it came out the man that gave it to me informed me that I was being refunded my money for my McGriddle because they were out of sausage. I was never asked if I would like to get something else instead or even apologized to. As I checked my food I informed the woman that came out after the guy that gave me my food, to give another car food that I was supposed to have diced onion on my sandwich and my order was incorrect. She replied “oh no uhuh we outta diced onion that’s all we got” my girlfriend spoke up and said well why weren’t we informed of this when we came to the window and payed for our food and she replied “well ONE we didn’t have to McGriddle cause we waiting On a truck and TWO we outta diced onions so there’s nothing I can do for you if you wanna complain call the 1800 number on yo reciept” I told her there was no need to be rude and have an attitude and she said it was us that we’re rude with an attitude and walked off so we told her we wanted her name so we could call and complain. She walks inside and doesn’t give it to me locks the door and stands and stares at me. I yelled through the car window I wanted her name and she was yelling something back I couldn’t hear. I pull off, not even a minute later realizing that my burger was not cooked all the way and still raw. I go back to the door knock and tell them I want my money back my food isn’t cooked all the way, the girl that said she was manager told me no cause I’m rude and don’t know how to talk to people. At this point I’m heated. Words were exchanged through the door and the guy that brought me my food to begin with gets involved saying he would smack me and we’re all yelling and can’t even hear one another so my girlfriend tells me to get in the car and we decided there was no reasoning with these people. All of the employees at this McDonald’s and nobody, NOBODY could be adult enough to do the right thing and just give me my money back. We WILL be contacting corporate, we WILL be going back in the morning to speak with a manager that hopefully has some damn sense and we WILL NOT EVER spend money at this disappointment of an...
Read moreEven if you're "just" flipping burgers or taking orders, have some pride in your job. Your work represents who you are. This location seems to be desperate for staff; let anyone walk in there, throw a hair net on, and start working. It wasn't that bad when I first started going here, but its to the point now where I refuse to throw my money away at this location. There is nothing wrong with having fun at work, but the staff was so loud carrying on behind the counter I couldn't even have a conversation in the back corner of the restaurant. The girl who took my food order was nice enough, but when I went to go get my food, the other employee was irritated for whatever reason and threw my tray down on the counter like I was some type of animal or prisoner, really? The last few times I went through the drive thru, my fries were cold and sandwich was so overcooked that it was inedible. The lady at the window may have been new, but she was clearly very frustrated and ill tempered with me. If you're still learning just apologize and take your time instead of being harsh with customers. After giving this location multiple chances, I was tired of throwing my money away on inedible food and sub par treatment. I'm not expecting a tap dance or even a smile when I go to McDonald's just be decent to people! Hire some newly released prisoners or someone who will actually care enough about their job to try to be...

I know it's "fast" food and not a five star restaurant, but c'mon!! I worked at McDonald's many years ago, and don't deny the work can be difficult bat times being on your feet, and dealing with all sorts of customers, but management needs to address the rudeness, and lack of available items. Or fix the broken machines. They close early all the time and and get orders wrong, or substitute items because "well, we don't have that.". Why not just say then when a customer is ordering? It's ridiculous!!!
They have only been accepting cash at this drive thru for a week or better now that I'm aware of. That's just ridiculous. There should at least be a sign up saying that. Instead, you wait in line only to be told when you pull up to place your order that they are unable to accept debit/ credit cards. I like stopping here because it's convenient to grab a quick coffee, but I won't be back. I understand having the occasional issue with the payment system, but this really should have been fixed by now, or at the very minimum, a sign put up so you know what the deal is before waiting in the...
