Hands down the best breakfast bagel I’ve ever had! This was my *third* time ordering the bagel breakfast sandwich with chorizo - it comes with a hash brown inside too. We also got the breakfast burrito. Both were heaven! The food truck is currently parked at the Can Opener, and the lady was kind enough to hand deliver our food inside while we grabbed coffee. Consistently amazing taste, filling breakfast food that doesn’t feel “heavy” and super friendly owners that have always greeted us with a smile. We will continue driving to them for breakfast!!

Breakfast burritos are difficult to capture in a pic that makes them seem appealing, but it was excellent! Made to order and the perfect ratio of eggs, potato, and chorizo. The hot sauce they provide on the side is great, next time I'll ask for extra! Very friendly service, I'll be back to try more from the menu.

Soooo good! Have been here twice and already planning my next visit. The food is fresh & absolutely delicious! Prices are very reasonable, and the owners, Reyna & Juan are the best!! They put love in the food they prepare and the service they provide. Definitely check them out - you’ll be glad you did :)

The food truck is located in the can opener food truck park. The person taking the orders was super nice and is bilingual. Speaking Spanish and English for those afraid to order in English. Por favor no tengan miedo. Hay comida para todos :). They even have a couple vegetarian options. My partner and I ordered 2 burritos and they were super delicious, very hefty and full burritos. They came with a mild spicy sauce which really paired well with the burrito. If you're looking for drinks theres also a small coffee and tea shop nearby. The area has a small dirt road for parking and plenty of options for those craving something new. The person who took our order even graciously took the food into the coffee shop as we were waiting for our drinks. 1000/10...

I wish I had photos, but I eat it all before I can take any! Really good lunch and breakfast options. I personally go for the egglicious bun, but if you want something more filling the steak and egg burrito is great too. Honestly everything there is good.
